The staff at Crossroads were very friendly. Richie was very knowledgeable about the features of the Fusion I purchased and he was also very personable. The entire process from beginning to end went smoother and quicker than any of my past experiences. This is my 4th car in a row, all Fords (3 new, 1 used) I have purchased at a Ford Dealership, too bad the company doesn't have a loyalty discount program! Overall I am very pleased with my purchase and the customer service I received at Crossroads Ford. The only thing I do not like is having to create an account for submitting this survey!!! More

I do not think that buying a car is ever anything that people enjoy, but my experience with this dealership and my salesman Jackson Szyperski was outstanding. I bought my first truck from Crossroads Ford in Cary so I decided to stick with Crossroads. We found the truck online that we wanted and when we arrived at the dealership Rodney was right there to help us ge decided to stick with Crossroads. I can particularly recommend Chris Catron, who had the patience of a saint with me when I wasn't sure if I was ready to purchase - but he stuck with me and was able to find exactly the vehicle I wanted! I tend to keep my car for a very long time (Fords are always reliable!), so Chris knows it may be a while before he can sell me another one, but it didn't matter - he still worked very hard to make sure I was completely happy with my choice. He is very easy to work with and "low-key", which appeals to me. I definitely will recommend Chris and Crossroads Ford to all my friends and associates who want/need to buy a car! More
