I do not think that buying a car is ever anything that people enjoy, but my experience with this dealership and my salesman Jackson Szyperski was outstanding. I bought my first truck from Crossroads Ford in Cary so I decided to stick with Crossroads. We found the truck online that we wanted and when we arrived at the dealership Rodney was right there to help us ge decided to stick with Crossroads. I can particularly recommend Chris Catron, who had the patience of a saint with me when I wasn't sure if I was ready to purchase - but he stuck with me and was able to find exactly the vehicle I wanted! I tend to keep my car for a very long time (Fords are always reliable!), so Chris knows it may be a while before he can sell me another one, but it didn't matter - he still worked very hard to make sure I was completely happy with my choice. He is very easy to work with and "low-key", which appeals to me. I definitely will recommend Chris and Crossroads Ford to all my friends and associates who want/need to buy a car! More

I was very pleased with my experience purchasing my pre-owned F-150 from Crossroads Ford in Wake Forest. I came to the dealership because I had received a marketing letter saying that my current truck pre-owned F-150 from Crossroads Ford in Wake Forest. I came to the dealership because I had received a marketing letter saying that my current truck was in demand and I could trade it for a newer truck for approximately the same monthly payment. While that did not exactly happen, my Sales Person, Chris "Catfish" Catron went out of his way to assist me in finding a truck. There was no pressure placed on me to buy, and he took his time. We looked at new trucks on the lot, online and at pre-owned trucks on the lot. When I found a truck that I liked, we were able to work a deal for my trade, which satisfied me, for the most part (nothing is perfect). I had a great experience at Crossroads! David Byrd was our salesman and he was very patient with us and listened to what we were looking for in a used SUV. We didn't feel pressured to get the first one w our salesman and he was very patient with us and listened to what we were looking for in a used SUV. The used vehicle we liked was located at one of the other Crossroads locations and he was kind enough to go and get the vehicle for us to take a test drive in the same day. We were very happy with the vehicle, and he went to bat for us when it came to the selling price of the vehicle. In the end, we went home with the used vehicle that we were looking for. His patient, kind, attitude was also a major selling point for us! My children are very pleased with our new vehicle too and I would recommend David Byrd to anyone in the market for a vehicle!!! More
