My wife and I went came in looking for a special car. We knew what we wanted and talked to Dave. I have purchased a number of vehicles from several dealerships over the years but my recent experience at Crossroads Ford, Wake Forest, with the salesperson Bob KIngsbery was by far the most pleasant, dealerships over the years but my recent experience at Crossroads Ford, Wake Forest, with the salesperson Bob KIngsbery was by far the most pleasant, easiest and stress-free buying experience I've had. I met several folks at the dealersip and they were all extremely friendly and courteous even though they were not working directly with me. Bob was not only knowledgable and courteous but he also went out of his way to be sure I was satisfied and was genuinely fair in our negociations. After he'd spent considerable time with me, I brought my wife out because this is to be her car, and he patiently and professionally went over all the features of the car with her. Based on my experience, I can't imagine purchasing a vehicle in the future without giving Crossroads Ford the first opportunity to sell me that vehicle. More

I had been trying to get a get new for about about 2 months and it just wasnt working out. I owed too much on the car that i was trying to trade is it was making it difficult.
