James made the car buying experience a breeze. When he wasn't able to find me the exact car that I wanted he ordered me one right away instead of trying to pressure me into selecting a different vehicle t wasn't able to find me the exact car that I wanted he ordered me one right away instead of trying to pressure me into selecting a different vehicle that was already on the lot. Thank you James for taking the stress out of car buying! More

Sales Representative Joe Billingsley, was aces. I found him to be informative, friendly, honest and professional at all times. I would have been lost without him. He was patient and made sure I understoo him to be informative, friendly, honest and professional at all times. I would have been lost without him. He was patient and made sure I understood all aspects of what the Ford F150 trucks had to offer. Joe Billingsley is who I would want representing my company, setting an example for all other employees, if I was running one. More
I saw a car online that was in my budget and also met my other needs. Rodney got the car for me to test drive, told me about the selling points and was very friendly. I told him that involving my family was other needs. Rodney got the car for me to test drive, told me about the selling points and was very friendly. I told him that involving my family was important, as this would be a family vehicle, and he allowed me (after filling out a permit) to take the car to my house so my husband and two children could see it. His willingness to work with me made a big impact, as I didn't necessarily have to buy a car that night. He and Frank also worked with me on the monthly payment and was able to get it within my budget. Even though we didn't leave until after 8:30 on a Saturday night, I didn't feel rushed or neglected. My new (to me!) car was spotless, clean, had a full tank of gas and was ready to go. I had a wonderful experience working with Crossroads Ford. More
Sales experience was Good-Great but things fell apart in the Finance phase. I don't like being "pushed" into a decision after a 3 hour wait, but that's the way, I believe, dealerships wear you down. Hate to the Finance phase. I don't like being "pushed" into a decision after a 3 hour wait, but that's the way, I believe, dealerships wear you down. Hate to say that, but....Anyway, the person was rude, which I called them out on, and in the end, I THINK I got a decent deal on a comprehensive extended warranty. I did not get a copy of the signed warranty, at the time and when it was mailed, the wrong coverage was "checked". This turned out to be a mistake and was corrected, however it took several phone calls and 5 working days to get a final response. I really think this was unacceptable. I even brought the General Mgr into the loop, but he seemed way to "rehearsed" in his rhetoric and after stating twice he would call me, he never did. Even if you don't have an answer, when you tell someone you will call, just do it. My second issue was with the car and involved the tires....summer only. I would advise anyone looking at getting a Ford with the Handling Package to be leery of the tires. I have found out these "high performance" summer only tires do not last and although they are excellent under the "ideal operating conditions", they fail the "test" in temperatures below 45 and or snow. Even the all season tires, that I will eventually replace these with, don't last either, according to a local tire dealer. Not sure if it's Michelin or just the low profile tire, itself. Basically the 18" wheel is a waste of money. Stick with 15"-16" wheel and a regular tire! HOWEVER the dealership is going to compensate me, when I need a new set, due to the fact that the MSRP was not visible to me at the time I looked at the car. I would have questioned the tire, if I had seen the sticker. I would advise if the car has no MSRP ASK to see it and look at it closely. I feel like the sales personal should make sure every customer reviews this sticker. It is the consumers right to know this information so that they can ask questions and make the best decision for themselves. In fact, it is a federal law. In short, I bought this car to accommodate a long commute to work and tires that don't last, would not have been a selling point for me. I could have easily picked another car w/o the handling package. Live and learn, I guess. Bottom line, I like the Focus Titanium and I will buy another, when the time comes. I will give "kudos" to Rodney...he has stayed on top of my issues and assisted with resolution. Even Erik, who ticked me off, has been responsive. Jackson, I only dealt with via email but he too did a good job. More
I gave great ratings because the guys were very professional, friendly, and helpful. I didn't have the best credit to work with, but the guys seemed determined to place me in the perfect car. I asked salesman about a/c, heater, power steering, brakes, transmission etc. Was told that if there were and problems "our service department would find, correct said problem/problems, and then charg brakes, transmission etc. Was told that if there were and problems "our service department would find, correct said problem/problems, and then charge us for it." He said two tires had little tread. When I checked them later I found 1/32 of tread on one tire and 3/32 on the other tire. This would not even pass NC inspection. Went to independent service garage and found power steering hose leaking, noise in rear end and ABS light intermediately come on. Replaced power steering hose. Checked out rear end problem and so far I have spent approximately $ 2000.00 on rear end not including the ABS problem. I am surprised that Crossroads Ford of Wake Forest would sell a vehicle in this condition!!! I am not happy at all with these apparent problems being overlooked by your service department. More

This was the best experience I have ever had in buying a car. Bob showed us the cars that we felt would meet our needs and we chose the flex. He did a great job in helping us through the sale as well as car. Bob showed us the cars that we felt would meet our needs and we chose the flex. He did a great job in helping us through the sale as well as the credit process and explained all the features of the car and how everything worked. We were totally satisfied with crossroads and the salesman and would be glad to recommend them to others and when we need to buy another car we would come to crossroads. More
