This review got some attention and the General manager called my husband a couple hours after posting this review, to fix the above issues. I also mentioned Mike as the gentelman who was rude when I inquired how to get a legal tag but was mistaken and apoligise for this mistake. The guys name was Rodney and was"new" to financing, we were told by Dave(General Mgr.). We now have a title(without a lein) and a proper plate and all that was promised has been delivered. Thank you Dave and Jackson, true professionals in your field!
