Made my first "real" (aka not a clunker off cl) car purchase at Crossroads Ford, and after interacting with many other dealerships I felt confident that I had made a great decision at a good price car purchase at Crossroads Ford, and after interacting with many other dealerships I felt confident that I had made a great decision at a good price thanks to Bob. I bought a 2011 Ford Fusion 8 months ago and I have spent over 1000.00 in repairs already, be aware of what you buy! Mike the young man in service that I worked with seem to be the only one that was willing over 1000.00 in repairs already, be aware of what you buy! Mike the young man in service that I worked with seem to be the only one that was willing to help but it felt like I was still getting ran around. From the time I dropped the car off every conversation was this is what we need to do and it should fix it but not sure. Now I know if you are charging 98 dollars an hour for your work you have some of the top mechanics and the best equipment to solve issues there for I don't feel it should be a guessing game just my opinion. As far as the buying process went when we purchased the car Jackson was great and very helpful. Erik had his moments as coming off a little angry at times if you were trying to will and deal with him. Overall all experience in the last 8 months I could not recommend this dealer sorry! More
I bought a 2011 f-150 truck brand new from crossroads ford two years ago. Now it is 1k miles out of the full warranty and they refuse to fix it. The motor is not running right and they are calling it an ford two years ago. Now it is 1k miles out of the full warranty and they refuse to fix it. The motor is not running right and they are calling it an electrical issue. What happen to a 60k mile drive train warranty. apparently that only covers the internals of the motor and transmission. So at 37k miles on a brand new truck I have a broken piece of garbage. Thanks a lot ford. You would think with my family collectively spending over 150k on vehicles at crossroads in the last two years this would be taken care of. Good luck if you buy from them. I will be searching for a new vehicle else were More
Our salesmen, Jackson and Richie, worked with my husband and I in deciding which Ford model would be the best fit for us. Originally, we decided on a Ford Flex SE and signed the papers. Unfortunately, we and I in deciding which Ford model would be the best fit for us. Originally, we decided on a Ford Flex SE and signed the papers. Unfortunately, we didn't test drive this car because it was at the dealership in Cary. Once the car was at the Wake Forest dealership, we took a drive and decided that the SE wasn't for us......we wanted the bells and whistles that come with the SEL. Since we had already signed the paperwork for the SE, we didn't think we had any chance in making the switch to an upgraded model; but, thanks to Dave Burrell, Jackson Szyperski, and Richie Hostetler, we have the car we really wanted. They worked diligently to correct our mistake, and for that we are most grateful. We left very happy, satisfied customers and will recommend this dealership and our salesmen to everyone. THANKS, guys, for all your hard work to make sure we got what we wanted......you're AWESOME!!!!! More

We are confident in the result of their service, We are very pleased with the overall experience and very satisfied with their price. In fact, on our most recent visit for service, we happened to visit the sales department where we fell head over heels with another Ford. Thanks to the sales and finance folks we were very happy to trade in our 2013 for the Ford we fell in love with! Thank you Cross Road Ford! Sincerely, Greg and Emily Aardal, Creedmoor, NC More
From the first day I came to Crossroads Ford of Wake Forest to consider options for a used car purchase for my son, I was impressed with the choices, professionalism, and courtesy offered. Our sales con Forest to consider options for a used car purchase for my son, I was impressed with the choices, professionalism, and courtesy offered. Our sales consultant, Joe Dilorenzo was a pleasure to work with. He answered all our questions, and yet did not pressure us at all. Whether I am in the market for a new or used car again in the near or distant future, Crossroads Ford of Wake Forest will be my first choice and Joe Dilorenzo will be my sales consultant. I would highly recommend them both! More

I should have looked for another car when I first called to find information on a vehicle we were intrested in. We drove by on a Sunday afternoon and spotted the vehicle we had been looking for at the right to find information on a vehicle we were intrested in. We drove by on a Sunday afternoon and spotted the vehicle we had been looking for at the right sticker price! The dealership was closed so we came home and tried to find information online, but the car was not on the Crossroads Ford website. I called first thing Monday morning(9/16/13) to find out if the vehicle was available. "well, it is out on our lot isint it?" was the response I was given! Thats when I should have continued my search at a different dealership! I called my husband at work and asked him to please call to see if he could get any information. He spoke with Jackson, who was very polite and helpful, offering to have the car ready to come look at within the hour. So we came in around 11am, took a test drive and decided to purchase it, with no trade in (paying in full with cashiers check, no financing, which we were also told "that was not the type of customers they wanted" by Eric in financing after signing the paperwork)! Again, a big sign to just walk out! The car also needed a few things fixed first. It needed the owners manual, which they thought was a silly request but provided the next week. It needed a peice fixed on the sunshade and an alignment, which was all done rather quickly. As of 10/18/13 I still had not recieved a tag or the title and went to the dealership to find out what to do about it. My temp. tag had expired as of 10/16/13! I asked who I needed to speak with and the was told the receptionist was who I needed to ask, only to have her tell me that "No, the guy you just talked to was who needed to handle my problem!" When I came right back over to the counter that 9 or 10 employees were standing around the guy (I think his name was Mike and he was the finance manager) was put out that I came right back but decided to call and inquire with Summit. He got off the phone and told me the issue was that there was a lein on my trade-in! We didnt have a trade-in!! So with a disgusted sigh the man called Summit back and told me the car they sold me had a lein placed on it. "Okay, now what do I do?" I asked and was told they would get it fixed and as far as the expired temp tag he WOULD NOT issue another one...I never even asked him to do so. I was promptly told that there was nothing they could do, I should not drive the car if I was worried about getting pulled over and It was out of his hands!! I simply walked out feeling very overwhelmed with his reponse and not wanting to make a big scene in front of my children. I had no Idea it was illegal to sell a car with a lein on the title until I got home and talked to anybody who could help me figure out this mess. So as of today 10/22/13 I still have no title to a car I paid in full for and expired temp. tag on the back of a car I cant legally drive! I have contacted NCDMV, NCBBB, and a laywer! THe moral to this story is make sure that the car your possibly going to pruchase from crossroads ford(EVEN IF THE CARFAX says its clean!) that there is no lein on the title!! It would do the general manager some good to invest in some customer service training for his staff esp. concering how they talk to females!! More
Rodney Stalls will not tell you the truth! I told him that when I bought my last vehicle from another dealer I was lied to and did not want this to happen again. Mr Stalls assured me that their service that when I bought my last vehicle from another dealer I was lied to and did not want this to happen again. Mr Stalls assured me that their service department would find and correct any problems before the vehicle was sold. This was NOT true!!. I spent approximately $ 2000.00 on necessary repairs, including tires that would not pass NC safety inspection. More
