***BUYER BEWARE*** I'm sure that everybody's experience at this dealership is not the same but mine was one of the worst that I have ever endured. I walked out fuming because my salesperson did not listen and made me so upset. And then a manager called me afterwards of course trying to make up for it and offered me the deal that I wanted from the start. I wished that he would have saved me the heartache from the beginning. ***UPDATE*** Ended up buying the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted but he story doesn't end there. Deceptive advertising on used trucks. Truck advertised with one year free subscription to SiriusXM. Found out later, after papers were signed of course, that free subscription was only 3 months. Then told me truck only came with one key fob (fobik) which costs over $200 for additional one. Shady dealership. Please shop around. More
One of the best Service Centers I have dealt with at Ford I had an issue with my Sunroof not closing on my new F150 they worked me in to get it closed right away and then after the parts came in they took it I had an issue with my Sunroof not closing on my new F150 they worked me in to get it closed right away and then after the parts came in they took it right away and fixed it faster than they quoted. It was nice to walk into a dealership once and they remember your name. John Wilhelm did an awesome job helping me get my issues fixed and even helped me get a loaner so I wouldn't be without a car while they worked on mine. John was extremely accommodating and made my experience the best he could with the situation. More

This is the second Crossroads dealership I have bought from since I also purchased 2 new cars from Crossroads Nissan. Both dealerships have done everything I expected of them to satisfy my demands in asking for a very good deal and a fair price for my trade in. Will not purchase from them again Bought a used car from them. The car had scratches that had been covered up on 2 areas of the vehicle and were not visible until after it rained a day Bought a used car from them. The car had scratches that had been covered up on 2 areas of the vehicle and were not visible until after it rained a day later. I ended up paying for half of the repair. We have 6 autos from different dealerships and this has been my worst experience. Our salesman was great, but sales manager needs a course on people skills. Will not EVER buy another vehicle from them! More

I am completely satisfied with my Ford Focus and the customer service that was given to me by Mike and Tom. Mike did a great job with helping me select a new car, was attentive throughout the process, and I could tell that he was genuinely interested in making me a happy customer. I truly appreciate it. Tom did a great job checking up on me to make sure that I was having an enjoyable experience. I love the free food/popcorn, drinks, and coffee both in the sales room and in the service center. The Mac computers and free Internet access in the service center are awesome, too. The Ford team rocks! More

Purchased a Ford F-150 I met Joe DeLorenzo when I first drove up at the dealership. Joe was very helpful in showing me the truck in which I was interested. Joe was professional throughout the process. I experienced a death in my family about a day and a half after first talking to Joe. He was very compassionate during this time. We were able to reach a deal. Again Joe was extremely helpful. He offered to bring the paperwork to me so we could complete the deal timely. I was pleased with the service and I am very pleased with the truck. More

Not only did I get a great deal on a 2014 Ford Esca I cannot say enough positive things about my buying experience at Crossroads Ford of Wake Forest. Not only did I get a great deal on a 2014 Ford Escape Titanium but I was treated with the utmost courtesy, professionalism, and friendliness by everyone I came in contact with. My sales rep Ritchie Hostetler gets an 11 on a scale of 10. He was very personable, knowledgeable, helpful, and committed to insuring I did not leave the dealership feeling anything less than completely satisfied with my buying experience. This included sending the vehicle back for a second detailing to insure the paint was mirror smooth. Will not buy another car here. The experience here was the worst that I have had. The first day meet with the salesman and looked at the used explorers on the lot. After looking at other locations that they own, he found one that I was interested in. The salesman told me I had to sign a sales agreement before he could get the car. I said no that I would not do that. At that point I met every manager on duty that day. I kept on telling every one of them that I would not sign anything, and if that was the way it was I was going. Well when I said that all of a sudden the general manager appeared. Telling me the same thing that the other four people told me. So I said I was leaving. At that point he said wait one second. Went inside and then my salesman mark came out and said that he would get the car here. Why didn't you do that an hour ago. When I told him what was to be on this car he said that he would make sure of it. One of the things was a towing package. I was told it would be on the car. It was not. I had very short period of time to make a car purchase. The other thing was it needed a visor fixed. I was told that it was ordered. It was not and never got it. On one of the three or four days I was there I was working on the price when mark the salesman said he would be right back with his manager. I said I was going to lunch. He said hold on. Then one of the MANAGER OF THE DAY came up to me and raised his voice asking me DID YOU COME HERE TO BUY A CAR OR WHAT. At that point I said I'm going to lunch. Mark followed me to my car asking me if. I was coming back. When I got back mark told me that the manager said to him to tell me that he was sorry. Why couldn't he tell me himself. The day I picked it up. It took forever to get things done. When I went to pick the up. I wasn't very happy. Mark said he check a place across the street that does hitches and it would only cost me $400.00. Not that they would get it done or lower the price of the car. The detailing of the car was fair at the most. At that point I just wanted to get out of there.i know that they stay in business by selling cars. That is more important than having a happy customer. On 20 April I sent a message via the general internet mail box asking about the license plate no response. I then called them on 22 April 2014 and left a message with the lady on the phone for the folks that handle the tags that I needed the tag and or what the status is. No Reply came. I called back on 23 April 2014 and was told to call back at 9 am as that department had not arrived. I called back and waited for ten minutes on hold then got transferred to voice mail, hung up and called back. Put on hold for 10 more minutes then the secretary came back on and said that she would have to take a message and the only finance person there would get back to me at his convienance. I said at that point you know I have a spent 20000 dollars on a car and cannot drive it and that I have the feeling that you all took the money and ran. I was told this dealer would not do that (Well if it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck, and swims like a duck well then its a duck). I then asked to speak to the general manager and was told he would not be in till 11. I then asked to speak to corporate and was told that the policy is I had to speak with the general manager first. They took my number and called in the afternoon and left a message that it would be fine to drive the car as long as I had the sales paperwork. Well a quick call to the DMV inspectors office says that it is a 265.00 ticket for driving on and expired 30 day tag. and a quick VIN check stated that the paperwork had never even been filed as of the 23rd. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER THEY ARE JUST WAITING TO CRAP ON YOU THE MINUTE THEY CASH THE CHECK! I should have ran away when I went in and it reminded me of another dealer in Wilmington N.C. that I would not give the time of day to More
