The dealership doesn't care I guess it's buyers beware because a fix will cost me 1700 dollars. Don't dofbusiness with themm if this is customer service. What will happen when you need them? How much will you lose? More

They wanted to replace the PCM for over $1000, and said it would take 2 days to get the part. They charged me $107 for "troubleshooting" which I am sure they didn't do except for Maybe reading the code. Also charged me $16 for "supplies" that I am sure they didn't use. Also they did not return my calls. I took the car to Crossroads Ford in Wake Forest, and they fixed the problem by reprogramming the PCM. They charged me $221, which included driving the car so that the reprogrammed PCM could "learn". Crossroads gets grades of A+, number 1, Capitol Ford gets an F for failure. More
Dealer has gone downhill I purchased my F-150 from here 4-5 years ago. They had great customer service and were never overly pushy. Fastforward to today. After working with I purchased my F-150 from here 4-5 years ago. They had great customer service and were never overly pushy. Fastforward to today. After working with my salesman he was required (you could tell) to get his sales manager. They guy came over and just started throwing numbers at me to try and get it to work. I clearly explained to the sales manager that i was just trying to check out some different model options to help me narrow my search. At that point he began digging to find A car, any car he could sell me right then and there. He said "let me throw a number at you." I stated he could throw any number he wanted at me, i was not buying a car that night. After that you could tell i got the cold shoulder and they walked away and told me to have a good night. I don't know what happened at this dealership int he last several years but their customer service has become xxxx poor and have turned into every other dealer I've been to. I doubt i will even use their service department anymore due to this. Stay away! More
Bait and switch Called to see if the car was available (they confirmed it was), drove 40 minutes to look at it. When I got there, the price went up by over two grand Called to see if the car was available (they confirmed it was), drove 40 minutes to look at it. When I got there, the price went up by over two grand. When the lower advertised price was shown to them (still active at that time at Autotrader), they suddenly took the keys away and said the car is actually already sold. BS all over the place. Stay way from this place. More

They are willing to work with you on trade in value, and as is said on tv they do give top dollar. I took my prior car to another dealership and was offered $5,000 more at crossroads for my car. Everything was great!! Whenever I need another car, I will be going there. More

It took thesee people two days to give an appraisal of my vehicle. Seven thousand less then what two trade in sites said it should be, even though Crossroads said it was in excelent condition. Be aware do your research on what car is worth and what the you are buying is worth. Do you self a favor KEEP ON DRIVING PASS!!!! They are not for the customers. More
And they didn't even kiss me Worst car buying experience I have ever had. Once you pay them, your on your own. NO!!!!!!!!!!! service after the sale. If your buying a used car, Worst car buying experience I have ever had. Once you pay them, your on your own. NO!!!!!!!!!!! service after the sale. If your buying a used car, you better make sure that everything listed on the window sticker is on the automobile and working. The warranty they offer you is a joke just like the staff and management. Will never go back again, nor recommend anyone to buy from there. Don't matter what the guy say's on TV commercials. My opinion.......In the dark More

"certified preowned is a load of crap" I cannot even begin to describe the nightmare that was our crossroads Ford experience. To sum it up we bought a "certified preowned" Ford F1 50 with o I cannot even begin to describe the nightmare that was our crossroads Ford experience. To sum it up we bought a "certified preowned" Ford F1 50 with only 19,000 miles on it. And after just a month had to replace all four tires and the brakes and all the rotors due to the alignment being way off. They fix the alignment and made us pay for all the new things because they were wear and tear things. Only to find out that the alignment would not stay in for more than a day or two. Overall the truck was aligned 7 different times in the course of a month,And would never stay in alignment. Every time the service department tried to blame it on us saying it was things we were doing like off-road Ing or driving on construction sites. Which we have never done. We werent asking for anything free, we just wanted them to find us another comparable truck and make up for the lemon that they sold us. After fighting for six weeks with their stupid sales games (all they wanted was for us to buy another twice as expensive truck and not recoup the loss ) we realize they were going to do nothing for us and went somewhere else and took the loss. Worst car buying experience ever! Don't let them take your keys, this is one of the tricks and games they play so that you can't walk out when you get pissed off. More
Certified Pre-owned... yeah right Bought a "certified pre-owned" car from this dealership with 18K miles. 6K miles later it needed a complete brake system due to a part not being "grea Bought a "certified pre-owned" car from this dealership with 18K miles. 6K miles later it needed a complete brake system due to a part not being "greased". And of course, since brakes are a "wear-out" part, they are not covered by warranty. So much for "Ford certified pre-owned " and their "172 point inspection." More
