Bait and switch The dealership had a vehicle priced on their website at $39,180.00, we scheduled an appointment with them and mentioned the specific vehicle we wanted The dealership had a vehicle priced on their website at $39,180.00, we scheduled an appointment with them and mentioned the specific vehicle we wanted and that we were driving from 1.5 hours away. I had the screen printed showing the price advertised. We got to the dealership and they would not honor the price from their website and had changed the price on their website to $48,180.00 within an hour of our appointment time. We talked to the GM who basically told us we were crazy for expecting a price that low on that vehicle and that mistakes happen. This dealership is extremely unethical and we will never do business with them again. More

The GM Dave and sales manager are extremely disrespectful, cowardly, and dishonest they have told us, on multiple occasions that they would offer x amount our car and when it comes times to actually follow through, they go back on their word. I am tied of this same song and dance. I hav also called into the dealership twice, left messages for the GM Dave to call me and he has YET to call back. More

Worthless and incompetent I brought my 2013 dually in for oil change, I coolant flush, tire rotation, alignment, and my abs light was on so I needed that taken care of. 1. the I brought my 2013 dually in for oil change, I coolant flush, tire rotation, alignment, and my abs light was on so I needed that taken care of. 1. they refused to rotate my tires because I have aftermarket wheels 2. They wanted $215 labor to change both fuel filters and it only takes 10 minutes. Hahaha 3. They wouldn't fix my abs bc I have a programmer So basically they aren't doing much of anything for me except oil and coolant flush. They must hire incompetent people who have no idea what they are doing in the industry of their chosen profession. WILL NOT RETURN....AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS More

Poor customer service I purchased a used 2015 Toyota Tacoma from this dealer in 2016, and the service at first was very good until the purchase was complete, and I found ou I purchased a used 2015 Toyota Tacoma from this dealer in 2016, and the service at first was very good until the purchase was complete, and I found out they sold me essentially a new vehicle with only one set of keys. This information was not disclosed to me during the sale while the price was being negotiated, and the sales team would not provide me with the second set. I wrote a series of emails to their management requesting the sales team to solve this issue, but nothing was done. After a long series of emails from me requesting assistance with this issue, they eventually offered to help work with the Toyota dealer to get a dealer to dealer discount on the $270 key price, and never followed through. They eventually just stopped answering my emails. This is terrible customer service, and I would not recommend this sales team to anyone. More
Dealership cares for customer satisfaction. I recently wrote a review based on having my Taurus serviced there. Unlike other times when I was very satisfied, this time I felt they should have do I recently wrote a review based on having my Taurus serviced there. Unlike other times when I was very satisfied, this time I felt they should have done better and rated them with three stars. In about half hour I received a call from the dealership wanting to understand why I wasn't pleased with the service so they can follow up with the service center. They made every effort to ensure that they correct the issues and that I remained a satisfied customer. Sometimes things don't work out as you thought they should have. It is good to know that this dealership cares to correct the situation and cares that the customers are pleased with them. More
