We were greeted by Franci My son and I visited the dealership on Friday, September 26 to look for a potential upgrade for our current 2014 Ford Focus. We were greeted by Francis Johnson to assist. Francis took the time to understand our needs and requirements for another car. Francis was patient and provided several options to think about as we walked the lot. Francis suggested we look online and we found a Focus with the right price and mileage. To avoid any hassle with waiting to get the car on the lot, we proceeded to work my trade-in and purchase of the new car. The negotiation process was smooth because Francis did a good job of explaining along the way. Once approved for financing, I worked with Jeremy to complete the deal. We would pick the car up on Saturday, but there was a snag. The car we bought had already been sold. The Crossroads team worked really hard and found us a better model and kept the pricing as is. This truly demonstrated their CUSTOMER dedication. Francis did an awesome job in handling the explanation of what happened and made sure I was satisfied. Crossroads should hire all employee's just like Mr. Johnson and treat everyone the same way I was treated during my purchase in order to make them feel like family. The Crossroads Ford Wake Forest general manager called me on Saturday, Sept. 14th and, after some discussion, he agreed to honor my purchase agreement document as valid and have installed at his dealership's expense the 4 new tires I had requested as stipulated in the document. The tires were installed yesterday at Crossroads Ford Cary. In light of the general manager's action, I would say the grievance was fairly resolved. More
