The three talked circles and never would give a straight or honest answer. I decided I wasn't doing business with them because of this and then all of a sudden my keys couldn't be found. I'd rank Crossroads Ford Wake Forest a zero because of how these three treated my wife and I. They take the sales pitch /maximize profit too far...even after being called out on it. Very insulting.
