I'm a 24 year retired military veteran, Mr. Johnson made me feel very comfortable and part of the Crossroad's family by taking the time to ask me questions and showing interest in my military career serving this country. Crossroads should hire all employee's just like Mr. Johnson and treat everyone the same way I was treated during my purchase in order to make them feel like family. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Crossroads Ford Wake Forest and definitely ask to speak with Mr. Johnson upon your arrival. More

The Crossroads Ford Wake Forest general manager called me on Saturday, Sept. 14th and, after some discussion, he agreed to honor my purchase agreement document as valid and have installed at his dealership's expense the 4 new tires I had requested as stipulated in the document. The tires were installed yesterday at Crossroads Ford Cary. In light of the general manager's action, I would say the grievance was fairly resolved. More

F150 Fantastic Customer Service from Francis Johnson We just purchased a f150. The truck had everything we wanted and we were not pressured into buying anything we didn’t. We looked at many different ma We just purchased a f150. The truck had everything we wanted and we were not pressured into buying anything we didn’t. We looked at many different makes and models before deciding on the f150. Of all we test drove it handled and rode the best and even fit our large dog crate flat in the back floor board. I’m a little on the short side and I could see very well and my husband who is very tall and broad fits great even in the back seat. Our salesman Francis Johnson was beyond excellent. Honestly I had no intention on purchasing the night that we did but we liked him so much we went ahead and did it. He gave us plenty of time for a test drive, showed us the features and listened to exactly what we said we wanted. He never tried to get us to upgrade, over sale or push us into buying anything. He answered all of our questions and gave me time to calculate 20 different times and collected all the facts as I’m a facts person. If you want a laid back guy who listens to what you want and what you don’t and is not your typical hound you like crazy sales guy I highly recommend Francis Johnson. Be sure to ask him about setting your mirriors so you don't have blind spots. He learned how race car drives do it and it works great! I seriously hope he is still there when I buy the next one.
