Warranty and request. Reprogramming a management request. I asked the service person to check and see why the car would not shut off when coming to a stop. I said the car starts ok. She said that part that won’t start is in the same battery. Didn’t seem right to me to buy a new battery that was not worn out. It would cost 300.00 for battery that still was good, except the engine would not shut off anymore. My car is 3 and a half years old just past warranty.. They would not replace it for free and didn’t want to offer a lesser charge. I didn’t argue with them and returned home. I called the service manager and told him my complaint. He wanted a satisfied customer and one that already has bought several cars at that dealership. He replaced my battery. Andy Adams listened to my problem and took care of it. A person like him is hard to find. Thank you Andy my wife is happy with her car. More

Dealership more concerned about moving inventory. After a week of looking for the truck I wanted they brought in one that was the correct color but did not have all the features that I wanted. Some of these I did not know was not on the truck. When I did the dealer was all about trying to keep me in the truck that they found.. I should never have let them have my 2014 truck before I verified all features were on my new 2019 that I required. I am now looking for a dealership that can find me a 2020 that is what I want and has all the features I require. I love ford trucks just not this dealership. I have had a great experience with the service department at this dealer just not sales. More

Francis took the time to understand our needs and requirements for another car. Francis was patient and provided several options to think about as we walked the lot. Francis suggested we look online and we found a Focus with the right price and mileage. To avoid any hassle with waiting to get the car on the lot, we proceeded to work my trade-in and purchase of the new car. The negotiation process was smooth because Francis did a good job of explaining along the way. Once approved for financing, I worked with Jeremy to complete the deal. We would pick the car up on Saturday, but there was a snag. The car we bought had already been sold. The Crossroads team worked really hard and found us a better model and kept the pricing as is. This truly demonstrated their CUSTOMER dedication. Francis did an awesome job in handling the explanation of what happened and made sure I was satisfied.
