One, I felt it took too long to get us into the vehicle that meet our needs and at a price comfortable to us. Love the car, but still came out to be $100 higher monthly that we wanted. I appreciate the effort but the car buying experience was about as bad as closing on a house. Two, please speak to the porters about starring and making comments about the female customers. I would not want either of the two guys sitting in the lobby that night near my wife's car in the future. People need to be respected, and professional regardless of the position held in an organization. Third, I appreciate the level of friendliness of the staff, but some guys lay in on pretty thick. Trying to hard comes off a bit overbearing when simple things are overlooked... Like remembering my name or information being shared. ,or over explaining mistakes. Fourth, please clean the grease spots on the showroom floor...we slipped on a few spots heading toward the restrooms. Thank you Cory for getting me to come in to the dealership and seeing us through the process. This not critical information, but hoping it will make your dealership a place where i can place my confidence in on my next vehicle. More
