We purchased 2 cars at this dealership this year. Our second car was a 2021 Ford Edge. It only had one key when we got the car and they said they would see if their dealership that it came from had the s second car was a 2021 Ford Edge. When we checked back to see if they received the second key, we were told they did not have it and if we wanted a second key we would have to purchase it ourselves. We felt that in the name of good customer service and the fact that we had purchased 2 vehicles from them that we did not think we should have to pay for the key, it is $300. They said they had already given us their best deal and that they already were not making anything on the car and they would not pay for it. We will never go back here to purchase a vehicle and would not recommend them. More
