This place is all hands on deck when trying to sell you something. Bought a 2021 F-150 Now the AC will not work and after 30 minutes on hold for the service department was told taking nothing until after something. Just got a email this morning from Crossroads Ford Prince George that they hope I’m enjoying my Jeep. Well, I would if I still had it. This is my first time ever leaving a “Review” for anything, but this time I will. I applied online for a loan (3rd time buying from here) and got an approval. Went in a few days later to pick up the Jeep. Was told while singing paper work to “Wait 2 or 3 days to make sure the loan goes through”?! Confused I asked what they meant. Was told if I didn’t hear anything from the dealer by Saturday (went on a Wednesday) then everything was good. I drove the truck 2 going on 3 weeks and receive a call that my loan was not approved? After getting hard plates and all. Went back and forth about getting 2 other cars that were listed on the website..one which was at a shop having exhaust work and another at a shop getting body work. The salesman then tells me to wait he’s going to see if he can get my truck approved “again”..I get a call not even 10 minutes later saying my loan is approved and to come back to the dealer the following Wednesday to sign paper work..again. I said fine. Texted the salesman a few minutes later to make sure the APR and payment remained the same to be told “ Ooh I did look at that ..I did see they cut it by $3000 I can’t do that deal Brother…I’ll see you tomorrow to bring the Jeep back😔😔😞”. This is after I just got a call that everything went through and I could keep the Jeep with the $1,000 down payment I left.The first two experiences here were great, but this time was not it. So, I had to return the vehicle and now am out of a car all together because I got rid of the car I had when buying this one. And to top everything off the Saturday when I took the vehicle back I asked to speak with the finance manager to see how this all happened. I sat there and explained everything that happened for him to tell me “Oh, I’m not over him I can’t answer anything, let me get his supervisor over here. I literally sit for 30 minutes waiting for the supervisor while seeing everyone that works there in the center of the building keep watching me. No one ever came. I gave the key to the receptionist, and left. Google makes you select at least 1 star, but it’s 0 for me. More
For the28. 2nd time this year I am disgusted with the service I have received. First time was when I had a flat tire, 18 pounds low, service put air in tire and did not check for nails. Went to another place and got nail out and tire patched. This morning, 11/29 called to get appt. for oil change and 15,000 mile checkup which was prompted due to an email I received. No appt. until 12/28. This is unacceptable in my opinion. Bought the 2019 Escape new and can never get good service. I have purchased about five vehicles from Crossroads and before that when the dealership was in Petersburg with never an issue. What is going on now? You are not taking care of the customers you have now so why would I ever purchase another vehicle from your dealership. Disgusted, disappointed and outraged at this point. I want someone in administration to contact me by phone at 804-638-8190. My salesperson was wonderful but the service department is totally lacking in followup. More
