Only one complaint. Don't preform service that is not requested by the customer. Such as your courtesy fluid check. I understand that you check out under the hood so you can find problems and then you get more work. But just do what you are asked to do. And if you want to perform other services or anything else, ask the customer if they want you to perform the fluid check, or anything you feel the need to do that has not been requested. Then you can get permission, or not. More

Where do I start? A couple of months ago, I scheduled a recall on my truck. I dropped it off after it was explained that it would be a couple of hours. At the end of t A couple of months ago, I scheduled a recall on my truck. I dropped it off after it was explained that it would be a couple of hours. At the end of the day, my truck wasn't ready. I was told two technicians went home sick. Fast forward to the re-schedule. I dropped it off but this time I was told two (2) days to complete the job. I agreed and left it to have the remote tail gate release replaced and or repaired. I picked it up at the end of the second day. I was told new wires had to be ran from the front of the truck to the back. Come to find out the wrapped in silver heat shield wire is zip tied and draped along the frame. The wire is completely visible and looks hideous. It is also draped and lying across the top of the shock mount. No loom wire cover, noc mounting on the inside of the frame!!! How about mounting it high enough so the customer doesn't see it . It screams as a rushed job. This tells me poor time management. Sorry Crossroads you get an F for effort More
