We lost our A/C in our Ford transit 15 passenger van while traveling from NJ to FL with our family of 9. We stopped at Crossroads Ford to get our A/C diagnosed and hopefully fixed. Unfortunately we need while traveling from NJ to FL with our family of 9. We stopped at Crossroads Ford to get our A/C diagnosed and hopefully fixed. Unfortunately we needed a new compressor. Brian and Shirley from the service dpt and Patrick, the service tech, spent many hours, even after the normal shop closure, to find all the parts needed and install a new compressor and restore our A/C system in our van. It was such a blessing to be helped by such wonderful people from Ford Crossroads who went above and beyond to help us and get us back on the road ASAP, and they even gave us a big discount! We are forever appreciative and thankful for them and their excellent customer service. God bless you guys :-) More
