I recently bought a 2023 Ford F250 from Crossroads, and had a fantastic experience. He was prompt in correspondence and helpful toward negotiating a great price for the truck, before I headed down to see it. I live in VA and drove down to NC to pick it up; he had it clean and ready to go, waiting for me a the front door, all the paperwork was in order, and all I had to do was sign and go. Cornell McGee, the finance director, had those docs all ready to go, and I sat with him for 20 min signing (I did line up my financing with my local credit union before hand). All in all, 90 minutes and I was back on the road home to VA, which included returning my rental car. I was thrilled with my experience with Crossroads Ford and highly recommend them, especially to an out-of-state buyer like myself. Thank you for making it so easy, efficient, and pleasant. They kept our vehicle for 2 weeks and did nothing. Personal are unprofessional and incompetent, their manager David Gustafson need to be fired - rude and disrespectful behavior to clients. They refused to improve their work and proved that they service is low quality and they didn’t do anything for 2 weeks to find the problem More

We drive almost an hour to check out a Bronco Sport we had seen online. There were Bronco Sports to be found closer to home, but this one had the exterior/interior color combination and the “extras” we wa had seen online. When we were less than 10 minutes out, I completed a form on the Crossroads website expressing an interest in the Bronco and within 2 minutes had a text from Lee Frost. When we arrived just a few minutes later Lee came out and greeted us with a warm, genuine smile that made us feel at ease. Long story short, we purchased the Bronco that day. The entire process from start to finish was smooth, fair, and pleasant. Highly recommend Crossroads Ford. Ask for Lee and tell him “Felicia sent me”! More
Although we didn't have an appointment, Lee took the time to stop what he was doing and talk with us, answering all of our questions. He followed up with everything he said he would do.
