Carl & Larry were the most professional salespeople I have ever met. This was not our first car from Crossroads and it will not be our last. We have dealt with the service dept. for another Ford we owned and were very satisfied with that. That means alot because you continue to deal with your dealership even after the purchase. But in the end, our final decision to buy at Crossroads was because of Damion, our salesman. I am always skeptical with salesmen to begin with. I question whatever they say. Damion had INTEGRITY, PATIENCE, AND KNOWLEDGE making it a pleasure to do business with Crossroads. And that extended to after the purchase. When my husband picked up his new Ford, he took the time to explain and set up every facet that needed doing. He called to find out if we had any questions after having the vehicle for a few days. My husband and I traded in our Subaru Outback for a Ford Edge last week. We were really pleased with the work that Craig did through the sales process. He was very easy to work with. After leaving the dealership, we noticed that we only had one key to the Edge. Craig asked that I stop into the service center to have a spare key made. He advised me to work with Anthony in Sales. Anthony estimated it would take an hour or more to get the keys made, but he and his team were able to make it happen in a half hour, and they made 2 additional spare keys at no charge. This is the kind of service that goes above and beyond expecation, and it is much appreciated. I am really pleased with the Edge and especially pleased with the extra level of service that Craig and his team provided. The only negative is that the time it took from when we drove onto the lot to look at the Edge (10am) and the time we left with the Edge (3pm). When you are car shopping with a little one, they did everything they could to make the experience a pleasure, but it still was a long time to buy a new car. More

This purchase was the first time I purchased car without my husband. I was afraid the sales staff might try to take advantage of me. However, my experience was fantastic. I purchased the car at a price I'm extremely confortable with and the sales person, Tyler Finch, is incredible. Tyler is extremely knowledge of the vehicles. He never pressured me or tried to make choices for me. He allowed me all the time I needed to select the vehicle I purchased and he made sure I knew all those is to know about the car. He took his time showing me the features and made sure I understood how to use them. The dealership and Tyler have contacted me several times over the last few weeks to be sure I'm completely satisfied and not having any problems. I think that says alot about Crossroad Ford and their staff. They truly care about their customers and value them. I will return to Crossroads Ford whenever I'm in the market for another vehicle and I'll recommend this dealership to anyone. I can't say enough about my Escape. It is the second one I've purchased and I can't see myself ever driving anything else. I hope Crossroad Ford and the Ford Company value their staff as much as their staff value the customers. "New" car shopping has never been a favorite experience of mine...one is, it's a big investment of time and of money...two is, I've been "oversold" in the past. I have to admit I had my concern experience of mine...one is, it's a big investment of time and of money...two is, I've been "oversold" in the past. I have to admit I had my concerns going to a big dealership like Crossroads Ford in Cary. I assumed I would be given a high pressure sales pitch but I was very interested in test driving a Focus. From Larry's initial response to my internet request (within an hour) through my entire experience I was proved time and again that this is a dealership that "gets it." Car purchases may be an everyday experience for them, but, they treated me with the patience and care as if I was their first / only customer. When I got to the lot I was immediately greeted by one of the other salesmen. When I told him I was there to see Larry, he escorted me inside the showroom, introduced me to the receptionist who then paged Larry. Larry came over a few minutes later, explained he was finishing with a customer and would be with me as quickly as he could. I was offered a comfortable place to sit with my choice of beverages. Larry came over about 20 minutes later, said the customer was taking a bit longer than anticipated but could he at least show me the Focus while he wrapped up. I went over and after looking at the Focus decided that it was too small, even for this Jetta owner. Next to it was a Fusion that caught my eye. I had read wonderful things about the Fusion but thought it might be too big for me. Larry came over and we chatted about my concerns and he suggested test driving both to compare...I started with the Fusion and was hooked. Larry answered all of my questions, highlighted some of the Fusion's features while driving and when we got back (near closing time) asked my thoughts. I assumed that since it was about 30 minutes from closing that I'd be asked to come back the next day. Larry immediately got the finance guy involved as soon as we got back to the showroom...the finance guy asked whether I was more concerned about cost and duration of the loan or the amount of the monthly payment (that was a first). I said, I'd rather pay less in a shorter time. He gave me an offer from Ford and another lender (so I had options). I went with Ford. I signed the papers, and drove off ecstatic that night! I would absolutely recommend Crossroads Ford and Larry Curtisford to anyone interested in a new car purchase. They have completed changed my mind about car shopping. It can indeed be a wonderful experience! I've had my Fusion for 9 months and I still pinch myself at my good fortune. I've had many compliments and of course always credit Crossroads Ford and Larry. And, Larry has even checked in with me a few times since my purchase...now THAT's customer service! More
