I saw a possible vehicle at Crossroads advertised on the web and submitted a query a few months ago. I received a prompt response from Craig Maxa and although the vehicle ended up not being a match for my option requirements, Craig has periodically followed up with me to see if I was still searching. When Craig called me Jan. 31 once again, he invited me to check out a new 2012 Flex Limited that fit most of my requirements. When my wife and I arrived, Craig greeted us professionally and had already prep'ed the vehicle for a test drive. I had a Ford X-plan PIN which Craig leveraged along with my 1997 Ford Explorer trade-in to begin the sales price negotiation. I had researched the internet cars sales applications to get a ball park "good" price objective. Craig worked with his management as we negotiated and we were successful in coming to what I felt was a reasonable / fair price. Craig passed us the the financial lead, Steve, who also did a very expedient financial application and the extended warranty option. The entire process was smooth and efficient including the license transfer. I also appreciated the follow up from Mike Hall, Sales Manager, to ensure we were completely satisfied. More

I met Keith through internet sales and explained that I didn't have time to drive to Cary unless he thought he could match a previous deal that I had been offered. Keith not only matched it, but gave us a better car for around the same price. After we arrived at the dealership, he introduced us to Larry who finished the sale. Larry went over the car features at great length with my 17 year old daughter, who would be driving the car. We had been to several dealerships, and they had barely acknowledged her. Larry never acted like he wanted to make the sale and get us out of there so he could make the next sale. Larry has even contacted us since the sale to make sure things are going well. Definately the best car buying experience that I have EVER had:) More

Mark Rooyakkers was very knowledgeable about the 2012 explorer I bought. He was very patient and understanding about my situation. I had not bought a new vehicle in quite a while and didn't realize they were so expensive. He was very honest and upfront with me. I feel like he got me the best price available on the car I bought. The day I bought my car he took the time to sign me up on "MY SYNC", connect my phone thru bluetooth, and show me other things about my new car. He has also followed up with phone calls to see how my husband and I are liking our new car and also to offer to help me understand all the modern technology that my new car has to offer.
