I have bought many cars over the years - 33 in fact - and I have never had a purchasing experience more positive than what I had with Blake and the rest of the crew at Crossroads Ford. I found the particular car I wanted online, and Blake had it ready for me when I arrived for a test drive. We were able to work out a good deal even though I had an unusual vehicle to trade - a very nice 1986 Dodge pickup. I was treated like I was buying an $80,000 Mercedes even though I was actually getting a fairly basic $18,000 Ford Focus. More

Great customer service went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect with the vehicle when we came back the next day to finish paperwork; going through the sync system and getting the car re-cleaned since it had rained. My wife was thrilled to be able to drive off with her new car even though we were missing some paperwork to close out the transferring her plates. I told him exactly what I wanted and what I expected to get for my trade. There was do "dealer dancing" and he got straight to the point.
