I went on Crossroads Ford website in search of a car for myself due to the issues and problems with my old car. I found a car I was very interested in and went to the dealership to take a look at it in pers myself due to the issues and problems with my old car. I found a car I was very interested in and went to the dealership to take a look at it in person. I saw the car in person but the dealership was closed. I made an inquiry about the car and I got a phone call from Michael Ketter. I basically told him my situation and what I was looking for. He was very friendly as if we had known each other for yrs. We basically did everything over the phone. We made the appointment for Friday afternoon after work and Michael had the car I was interested in ready for me to test-drive. After the test drive, Michael gave me and my family a tour of inside Crossfords dealership which is nothing I have ever seen. When everything was a done deal, I purchased a Chrysler 300C with everybit of information I could possibly have about the car, including the Carfax report. Michael made things very easy and stress-free due to my frustrations with my old car. To be honest, I'm still in shock in how easy it was for me to see what I wanted and be able to get the car I want. Other dealerships basically steer you way from what you want, but not Crossroads. Michael made it happen for me to get the car I wanted. My next purchase will be a full-size truck and I know where I will be buying it from, Crossroads Cary. I had a great experience especially with Craig Maxa during my purchase. He was very easy to talk with and negotiate. Larry Curtisford was very pleasant also as I test drove the car with him the night before but he was not there the next day so Craig worked with me. Even Les in finance was a pleasure to work with. However, when my fiance and I went to Crossroads last year to look at F150s, I was impressed with the staff and selection at Crossroads. We took quite a while to decide on exactly what we wanted (several visits, actually), and Mark never once pressured us to make a decision quickly. He was patient, answered questions, and explored various possibilities with us. The night we left with our new truck, we knew we had made the right decision. That feeling has been furthered by the amazing service Crossroads has continued to give us over the last year. When I take our truck in for regularly scheduled maintenance with Crossroads, I'm there for a very reasonable amount of time and the staff is incredible. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle from Crossroads-I cannot say enough wonderful words about them. More

Prior to our visit, I had contacted the dealership and was very fortunate to speak with Steve Schmidt. His telephone ediquette and the television ad were the driving force behind our decision to plan a visit on Saturday, April 21st. After arriving and meeting Steve, we knew immediately that this was a company that focused on great customer service skills. Mr. Schmidt asked me about my interest in a prospective vehicle and patiently spent time in searching the lot for the perfect match. We had no intent in making a purchase during this visit, but after locating a truck and test driving it, my wife and me decided that this was worth checking out. Steve was our liaison in sealing a final deal with the company. This was a worthwhile experience that allowed us to leave the lot in a brand new vehicle that we simply adore; thanks to Steve Schmidt. We will be visiting your lot again for future purchases and definitely will be referring your company to others. A great experience without company pressure to buy! From the moment I called Craig Maxa at the urging of a co-worker, my first time buying experience for brand new car was a surprisingly easy one! After taking down a some information, Craig went to work and got all of the financing, trade in and our choices of cars promptly. Less than 3 hours later, I had an appointment for the next day. When I got to the dealership, everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Craig made me feel at ease and comfortable as though I had known him for years. I wasn't intimidated or rushed in any way. Once the paperwork was ready, Mr. Thomas thoroughly explained all of the bits and pieces of the deal (which was REALLY great, by the way). Afterwards, my new car was waiting with Mr. Mark Rooyakkers to walk me though how my new car works and the basics you need to get out of the parking lot! Overall, I not only got a brand new car, I got to experience some grade "A" customer service. Thank you so much!! More
Crossroads refused to give me an Internet quote. It was insulting to work with their sales weasel who insisted if I was sincere I would visit their dealership to get a quote. I wll not deal with a company that questions my sincerity when I initiated the sales opportunity! What gall! My complaint is based on my web buying experience. I have had a four day mail exchange with their so-called internet sales specialist where he refused to give me a quote for a specific vehicle I was researching on their website. My grievance is that they don't want to give informed customers the tools and information to make an knowledgeable buying decision. Their "internet sales" program is just a come-on meant to draw customers into the dealership to subject them to the usual sales runaround. The dealer ALWAYS has the sales advantage in a purchase transaction. They'll never lose money, especially when they can sucker the uninformed into paying too much. Internet buying gives the consumer the chance at comparing pricing among multiple dealers and pushes the dealer into making a fair deal for both buyer and seller. Crossroads tells you they'll give you a quote on-line, but then they refuse to when push comes to shove. They insist on maintaining their traditional advantage. More

While he followed up routinely with us, we never felt that he was trying to pressure us into making a decision before we were ready. We felt comfortable doing business with Blake right up through the purchase and delivery of our new vehicle. We also appreciated the assistance that Martin Thomas was to us. We already had financing lined up, but Martin was able to find a better rate for us. Thanks for making this a positive experience for us. More

The staff was friendly and easy to work with and one of the easiest buying experiences in my memory.
