Seeing how Ford is now the American leader in high GMP cars I was interested in buying one at the Cary dealership that had treated us so well before. Steve Schmidt was great at showing us the cars and helping us find the one best fitted for our needs. Many of my co-workers at the NC Museum of Art have asked me where I bought my new Ford car and I have given them Steve Schmidt's business card knowning that He and Cross Roads Ford dealership of Cary will take care of them. Damion Robinson was easy to work with and was very forthcoming in the information he provided. I prefer straight answers and not being forced to come into the dealership to get my answers. Life is very busy and getting to the dealership for long periods of time is not easy for me. My original contact with him was via the Internet and email. He was not pushy and answered my many questions. He even gave me ballpark numbers on specific vehicles I asked about which was nice so I could figure out what I wanted to spend and could afford ahead of time. One thing that was very awesome of Damion was I actually settled on a truck that was listed as coming to Crossroads but was not actually there yet. I told him that was the truck I wanted and he found out when it was arriving and emailed me to keep me updated on it. He let me know when the truck arrived and made sure he got his name on that vehicle to hold it for me. Nice touch even though we hadn't made the deal yet. I also asked Damion to get me a truck bedliner installed and he himself drove the truck over to parts and service to have them install one immediately while I was dealing with Finance. Once we got the deal done, I dealt with AJ Farnsworth in Finance. He was very forthcoming and explained the options I had with financing. Finally, Damion and I sat in the truck and went over the many options and he helped me sync up my phone to the truck via Bluetooth. He went over the Navigation system features and the SyncMyRide features, and the Sirius Radio usage. Ultimately, I'd say he was available post-sale for as long as I needed him. Again he has offered to answer any questions or help on anything he can in the future. Damion is a great guy to work with and I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a new Ford vehicle. More
