My husband and I visited this dealership because they were advertising $8-$10K off new F150s. This offer was more than the surrounding Ford dealerships. The requirement were that you have to trade-in a were advertising $8-$10K off new F150s. This offer was more than the surrounding Ford dealerships. The requirement were that you have to trade-in and finance with them. For the vehicle we were purchasing Ford was offering $5250 in rebates, incentives, etc, so the rest of the $4,750 were "dealership discounts" that they could not explain further. Basically, they dragged out the entire process of getting a trade-in appraisal for about 4-5 hours. They told us we had to have a truck picked out to purchase before they could appraise our current vehicle. After we spent time picking out a truck, they proceeded to offer us $1K for our vehicle. This is even after showing them a written offer from CarMax for $4K and telling them that Hendrick's Dodge just offered us $5K-$6K if we purchased with them. So, it is common sense that this advertised "dealership discount" is not a true discount in the sense that they are just extremely low-balling the trade-in offers (at least 1/4 of the value). Basically, it would be the same if I just got the $5,250 from another dealership and then cashed in at CarMax. They would tell you that this is not false advertising, but I certainly believe it is. The only reason I rated friendliness as a 3 is because everyone else besides the people I worked with directly were very friendly and helpful. Thanks for the poorest service I've ever received Crossroads!! More
Very pleased with our Salesperson Patrick. He took the time to call us and let us know that Crossroads had some new 2011 Expeditions that they were running good deals on that we might be interested in sin time to call us and let us know that Crossroads had some new 2011 Expeditions that they were running good deals on that we might be interested in since we had purchased one 4 1/2 years ago. We decided to come by and take a look. Patrick made sure car was clean and ready to take for a drive when we arrived. We appreciate all Patrick did to make our experience worthwhile. We will be back to see Patrick when we are ready to purchase again. More
There was no hi pressure by Craig Maxa or Dan Burnham to purchase the Ford Fusion. My wife and myself had a wonderful experience in the show room. I have bought 4 cars from Cross Roads Ford. I keep coming back because of the service I get. They also work very hard to meet my needs each time I come. This past time Patrick Rowe went above the call of duty to work on making sure I was getting just what I wanted. Patrick gave me all the time I needed to look and go over the truck I was looking at to make sure it was just what I was looking for and that it met my needs. He also did a GREAT job after buying the truck that he went over each thing with me about the truck. His customer service was the best yet. Thanks to all that made this happen. Mike Dore More
I just bought a 2012 Ford F-150 4x4 from Crossroads Ford in Cary. I had never been to the dealer before, but had heard good things from others, and seen the commercials on TV. I went online and took a look at their inventory, found the truck that I was interested in, wrote down the stock number and called the internet sales number to make a appointment to come in for a test drive. I first spoke with Patrick Rowe and set a time for my test drive. I got to the dealership on time and was very warmly greeted by the other employees working near the door, and promptly was met by Patrick Rowe whom was a very likable person. We went out for a test drive and I decided this was the truck I wanted. I was to be trading in my current truck which was a 2006 Harley Davidson F-150. Patrick went to work instantly on getting me the best trade in price and once we had agreement, we proceeded to next step. Once credit protocols were met,we moved on to the finance department with A J Farnsworth to proceed with the purchase. Once again I was impressed with how professional and honest A J was in explaining the contract with Ford and how the warranty worked...in the meantime Patrick Rowe was elsewhere online setting up my Ford Sync account for me! Once all the paperwork was complete A J turned me back over to Patrick, whom took us out to my new truck which he had had cleaned and went over the Ford Sync apps on the truck with us, and offered to help me with classes if needed. All in all I must say that my experience with Patrick & A J will most assuredly make me a repeat customer !! More
