Derek Reavis, who agreed to the final price, was also a pleasure to deal with. We had placed a build order for a 2013 Edge and Patrick kept us abreast of progress on our Edge. Upon vehicle delivery, Patrick spent considerable time ensuring that we were familiar with the functionality of the Edge before leaving the dealership. Steve Schmidt & the GM, Tim Nelson, turned an originally bad experience into an excellent experience. When my husband approached the GM with our problem, he immediately went into action to find us the Focus that we wanted; features & color. When we came to turn in 1st Focus that we didn't like & pick up 2nd Focus that GM had sent in from another one of their dealerships, the GM paired us with Steve Schmidt to handle the paperwork & go over the features of the vehicle with us. Steve was awesome; very patient, knowledgable, and professional. He was not trying to rush us out the door. He spent a good bit of time with us explaining the Sync system & setting up our phones. The vehicle was incredibly clean and was cleaned again upon my purchase. Mike took me on a great route for test driving and allowed me to get a great overall feel for the car. Mike also offered up (but never pushed) alternative financing on me and I ended up going that route because I got an even better rate. AJ was incredibly professional and very informative. Overall this was an A++ experience and worth every bit of my 12 hour round trip. I wouldn't hesitate to do it all over again one bit. More
