Ford's Mustang has gotten exponentially better in the last 8-10 years. The 2013 GT model had everything I wanted and particularly great reviews. They honored the great deal I was quoted from another dealer and placed my ordered before I left the showroom. The car took only 8 weeks from order to receipt -- to the day -- which was in line with I was told. During the wait, Crossroads kept me informed and held up all their commitments. I picked the car up with great financing, no hassles, and with lots of custom familiarization effort by the salesperson. That day, I got a screw in my rear tire. Called the salesperson who directed me to drive into their Fast Lane for a quick repair. They took me AS I DROVE IN and I was out in short order. Most noteworthy for me was the friendliness and sincerity of the sales and finance teams. One happy customer! More
