I would also like to thank Patrick Rowe for setting up the bluetooth and transferring my telephone directory to the Ford Fusion. I used to be employed by Helmold Ford before Crossroads Ford put their name on the dealership and I can't remember so many sales people trying to rush to hold the door open for the customer, even if it wasn't that particular salesman that sold the customer the vehicle. I started my morning on July 4, 2012 by searching for Royal Blue trucks online. I emailed Crossroads Fords, Cary, internet division inquiring about a 2011 F150 4x4 that I found on their website. Within 30 minutes I had a reply from Mark Rooyakkers that he wanted to verify that the truck was still in inventory. Within an hour I had the answer & had set up for a test drive at 1. By 3 I drove off the lot with that truck after working with both Mark & Tyler. This is the 2nd new vehicle I have bought from Crossroads in Cary. The last one I traded for this one. I feel sure my next vehicle will come from them also after the attention & service I have received from them. We ran into a couple hiccups the day I purchased the truck & the week following, nothing wrong with the truck, just a few details that had to be addressed. The folks at Crossroads did all in their power to correct the situation in a timely fashion & I couldn't be happier with the whole process. I highly recommend them to anyone who mentions wanting a new vehicle. More

We meet with Steve initially through an internet inquiry. We were looking at the possibility of getting a new car to replace our current vehicle with $160K miles. What was great, is that Steve contacted us directly when the dealership began to run a new incentive on several 2012 vehicles. We came in the following day and purchased our car the following business day. Steve could not have better served us during the process. He personally walked us through the entire process and the dealership also saw our employment and offered us some additional incentives. What great service as we were already buying the car but they continued to find us additional savings. They also were able to get us a lower rate on our loan than previously communicated. They have also followed up with us several times to ensure we were 100% satisfied. That was done by the manager from the dealership as well as from Steve. They have exceeded our expectations and have this has been our best car buying experience in the last 20 years. We would definitely look to get another car from them in the future and will recommend them to any of our friends that are shopping for a new car. Tim O'Neill More
