Crossroads Ford has a very nice facility with a large selection of cars that makes it generally easy to find a suitable vehicle. The transaction was relatively smooth. Steve Schmidt was my salesman for a new 2013 Ford Escape which I purchased this past weekend. Originally I spoke to Steve about 3 months ago about a new 2013 Ford Focus ST which I decided just did not fit m which I purchased this past weekend. After looking at several competitive brands I narrowed my choices to either the Edge or an Escape. I went back to see Steve first because of the professionalism and courtesy he showed on my original visit. Needless to say he again demonstrated those virtues. After my wife and I drove both vehicles we were torn and needed more time to decide. Once we finally made our decision it was just a matter of finding the vehicle that met our wish list. I was having trouble finding an honest, non-manipulative dealer, who'd meet my budget close to home. After wasting a couple of weeks with local dealers, I found a conversation mentioning this dealership (an dealer, who'd meet my budget close to home. I live in Georgia and was hesitant to get a truck out of state. But, their pricing special at the time was far better than anything I could get locally. So, I found the truck I wanted on their website and gave them a call. They answered all my questions and gave me an out the door price on the truck. They held the truck for a couple of days while I made arrangements and I flew up over the weekend to purchase it. Michael Ketter picked my wife and I up at the airport and took us to the dealership. The dealership is easily larger than two if not three of my local Ford dealers combined. I hope not to need to purchase a new vehicle any time soon. But, if I did, I'd call them first. During the week, because I had stated we could not visit until Friday due to our situation, they sent me info on cars that might work for us. The important thing here, only cars that fit, not overwhelming us!!! They answered ever question , sent ever picture we ask for and all info we requested before we walked thru the door. In fact by the time we got there all we really had to do was drive the car! We knew it was a deal!!! Mike in finance was great, by the time we got to his office he had found us a great rate and most of the paperwork was complete. From start to finish, it was a great experience and you can't always say that about buying a car!!!! We were impressed, so much so, that hours later our son was still talking about how great everyone was. Our family will go back to Crossroad!
