We have always thought that Crossroads Ford is a great place to buy a car. They always have lots of inventory and everyone is very NICE! Sales reps were helpful from my first phone call. I came from out of town so the final sale was late so there have been some outstanding issues. Issues are being taken care of in a timely manner. I went to Crossroads ford looking to buy a new 2013 Ford Fusion. I'd worked with Larry before with a previous sale, so I knew what to expect of the customer service he provided. After a few test drives, I had fallen in love with the titanium model in gray and was excited to come inside and make the numbers work. By the time we were wrapping up paperwork in the finance office, Larry came in and told us about a scratch he noticed. We decided to leave the car at the dealership to have the scratch buffed out and arrange pickup the following Monday. Monday afternoon came around and Larry called and told me that the 'check engine' light had come on and he had it checked out. The cause turned out to be a cracked head (this is MAJOR engine damage, if you aren't too familiar with cars). Larry promised to do all he could to find another car with the same option combo to take the place of the damaged one. Not two days later, I had been given plenty of options, been contacted with updates at every turn, and was made to feel like I was the most important customer the dealership had, and had a new car on the way. The management team along with Larry really made sure that I was happy with the final car selection. Even though the new car wasn't what I had originally picked out, I love it just the same. Bending over backwards is not quite the proper phrase to describe how far Larry and the Crossroads team went to make customer service and satisfaction their most paramount objective. I'm so thankful that I chose Crossroads Ford and truly value the sales relationship I have with that team. They should get a 6/5 for all their efforts. No other dealership is worth your time! More

I would absolutletely recommend Cross Roads Ford of Cary as well as Mike Hudson. I live in Florida and they not only had the vehicle I was looking for instock but the huge indoor showroom was amazing and pl as well as Mike Hudson. I never felt pressured at all, and in fact took several trips to look at vehicles and learn about the different option packages before I went to purchase without having to be constantly hassled by salesmen. Once I was ready to buy, the process was again relatively painless and I got exactly what I wanted in a timely manner. My salesman, Larry, was a huge help. Since we bought a C-Max (which hadn't been out for very long), the options for available vehicles were limited and ended up being pretty hard to find what we were looking for. Larry was very patient with us, and ended up finding exactly what we needed in the end. I never felt pressured throughout the process. Since this is such a new vehicle, and especially since we have never owned a hybrid, there was a steep learning curve for us when we first got the car. Larry was great at taking the time to explain all the features and answer any questions we had. There were a few optional things on the car that hadn't arrived at the dealership yet (interior/exterior protection packages), and Larry made sure to follow up and get them to us as soon as they came in. I would recommend this dealership, and especially this salesman, to anyone and have already mentioned them both to a few friends who have mentioned being in the car buying market soon More

He is great at explaining the new technology of the latest electric and hybrid cars. I am thrilled with my 2013 Ford C-Max Energi plug-in. Since I mostly drive close to home, I have been almost all electric -- up to 86+ mpg and I still have half of the original tank of gas from January 4th after driving over 700 miles! More
