I went to the dealership after email communication with Patrick Rowe to test drive a 2013 Ford Escape. I loved it (I knew I would) and decided to purchase one. Patrick took time to work with me to find just the right Escape (color/options). He is very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I traded in my 2004 Ford Escape. The process was very easy. Craig Maxa handled our paperwork/financing and he was also very helpful. He also has a great sense of humor. I really appreciated Patrick following up with me the day and a few days after to see how I like my new ride. I love it! I love Ford. This is my 8th Ford vehicle and I'll be back for #9! More
Tyler Finch contacted me almost immediately after I submitted an online request for more information about a used 2011 Honda Element. Tyler then answered every question I sent via email within (I swear) 5-10 minutes. He also called me several times to confirm our appointment times and answer questions. While we were in the showroom, Tyler answered the many questions my husband had about the Cmax and the Ford (Focus?) electric and/or plug-in cars. Our paperwork for the Element purchase went much quicker than I ever remember it taking in the past at other dealerships, so that was a huge plus. In addition to being an attentive salesman, Tyler is polished and professional. I will not hesitate to refer people to him (especially my husband, who, I am pretty sure by now, will eventually be in the market for one of your electric vehicles). Thanks so much. This was my first Internet vehicle purchase. Actually only the initial contact was via internet. Jimmy Kamara got back to me quickly and the rest of the communications were by phone and a few quick text only the initial contact was via internet. I told him the vehicle I wanted (found via their website) and the deal I wanted. They gave me the deal I wanted. I asked about financing. They gave me the rate I asked for. He emailed the written up deal. I accepted and left to pick up my car. Did I mention I live about 5 hours away? When I entered the dealership, the first employee II encountered welcomed me and asked how they could help me. I asked for Jimmy and he was nearby. He had everything ready. He explains the process as we are completing the paperwork and soon, I am meeting with Steve Carson to finalize my financing. Again, everything was ready, he explained and I signed. The car was mine! I had rented a car which I needed to return. Jimmy arranged for Paul to follow me to the rental car place and bring me back. Jimmy spent over an hour teaching me the different features of the car, syncing my phone to the car, etc. He was extremely knowledgeable about these new vehicles and their advanced technology. I could not be happier with my car and the people of Crossroads Ford. They sincerely wanted to make me happy and they succeeded. I would highly recommend Crossroads Ford and especially Jimmy Kamara to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. More
What an awesome experience! My husband I have been searching for months for the right car. Much of our initial work was done online with Mike Ketter. He was very prompt in repsonding to all of our questions and "what-if'" scenarios. However he had previous appointments scheduled when we wanted to come to the dealership, which Mike explained to us beforehand. So he personally introduced us to Tyler...we could not have asked for a nicer salesperson to take us through the "long" sales/finance process. He answered all our questions and even thought of some we didn't. Tyler was very proficient at demonstrating all the technology the Edge has in it. I'm just evaluating the sale people because as happy as we were with them, we were as disappointed with the trade-in value the appraiser gave us ... about 25% below any of the 4 or 5 major book values out there ... saving them $2-3K off the promotional discount the dealership advertises. But the sales team was very good. More
