We were surprised to find out that our family was going to be growing and then we knew that we would be in need of a bigger car. I was fighting the notion of getting a mini-van! We looked online and found a used Honda Pilot with all the safety features we wanted as well as some perks that we also knew would come in handy, like a DVD player. My husband called to make an appointment for us to look at the car and Jimmy was assigned as our sales person. He greeted us with smiles and courtesy. He answered our questions, was friendly yet professional, and went out of his way to return our phone calls and texts immediately.
