I purchased a Ford Focus Electric from Crossroads Ford of Cary. Mark Rooyakkers was the sales consultant that helped me and he was very pleasant to work with. Mark was very knowledgeable about the features and technology of the Electric Focus. Mark also introduced me to the service manager as I had concerns about the service and repair of the new technology of the electric car. They answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable. Mark called me later in case I had any questions. He also informed me that, for a limited time, the local power company would install a level II home charging station for free if I would let them monitor my use. That saved me more money. I would certainly recommend Mark and Crossroads Ford of Cary to anyone interested in any of their vehicles. More

Mike was awesome, Steve was the MAN!. I came in after having an extremely bad experience at a local sham car lot. He didn't seem to lead me on with high pressure sales gimmicks. Mike just treated me right and took the time even after hours to make sure I knew everything I needed to make a decision on buying the vehicle I wanted. Steve simply made purchasing my car easy. He answered all my questions, pointed me in the right direction regarding a Gap policy. He made the process friendly and personal and that is something lost these days with a lot of big name dealerships. These guys got it done and made me feel good about it. Customer service is lacking these days, I'm just glad I found these folks. More
I was pleasantly surprised by Tyler's call to share with me the avaialble incentives on the Ford Flex. He had clearly done his homework, remembered our earlier conversations and wasn't wasting my time with me the avaialble incentives on the Ford Flex. I also let Tyler know I wasn't interested in spending hours at the dealership "processing" things. He had me virtually ready to go when I got there. The only variable was my trade in car's value. We worked that out fairly quickly and went to financing to wrap up. Lee handled that side of my transaction and shared options with me but didn't pressure. They also let me leave with the car, collect my wife, and return so she could sign her part of the paperwork. Was back home with my car in a couple hours from the time I left. Still time for dinner with my family. Overall a great expereince. More

I had been casually looking for at the new Ford Focus ST for the past 6 months. I had been to one dealer and test driven the car, but they were inflexible and put a lot of pressure on me to take their deal for the past 6 months. There were limited numbers out there and the option packages were restricted as well. I saw the car I wanted to purchased on Ebay at Crossroads. I made an on-line offer and it was rejected. The car did not sell and was re-listed. I finally called the Crossroads and spoke to Michael. He told me what they could do and advised that they took trades on EBay sales, just send them a few picks and info on your trade. I was surprised (and skeptical), but sent him the info. He called later in the day to ask what I wanted on the trade and how flexible I was on my trade-in price. I told him what I expected at a minimum, based on my prior attempts to trade the car. Within a an hour he had called back with a fair trade-in price and what I needed to get into the new car. We went over the figures and I made an appointment to come up the next day with my trade (title in hand) and a cashier's check for the balance. When I got there he advised that they had been some problems with the numbers, but that since we had a deal, he was able to get everything work out to get to our original number. We quickly completed the deal, no hassles or pressure. Michael treated me as a peer and was very professional and friendly. Although a cliche, he was a pleasure to do business with! The bottom line is that Crossroads (and Michael) wanted to sell me that car and worked with me in an efficient and professional manner. The fact that we went from initial contact to my driving off the lot in less than 24 hours is a testament to their willingness to ensure their customers are completely satisfied. Although they are located 2 hours from where I live, I will look there first the next time I am in the market for a car! Excellent transaction from start to finish! More

Our salesman was polite and sincere - taking his time showing us possible options and steering us to the best car for my daughter. Jeremy Day helped us come to a deal that my daughter could afford - always polite and helpful and seemingly wanting to be able to work toward the car my daughter wanted - and ultimately got thanks to his efforts. Our finance person - AJ - was also very informative, friendly, and helpful. This was not my first experience at Crossroads Ford - and will not be my last because of the excellent service we obtained from start to finish. I have already recommended this dealership to a friend - who leased a vehicle at Crossroads. And will continue to recommend Crossroads as the shopping experience was great from start to finish. More
