Mark assisted me in finding a car that met my needs financially and for my everyday commute. I had owned a Honda in the past and was satisfied but got away from the Honda manufacturer. To echo the other comments listed here -- it's true -- we didn't feel that we were dealing with a "typical pushy car salesman." Suvin was the opposite. He was professional, direct, and seemed genuine in the advice he gave us about the vehicle we were purchasing. Also, he was patient with our 2-year old who was tired & cranky. If you go to this dealership, definitely ask for Suvin. And, by the way, we love our Pilot :) Thanks Suvin! More
