You don't go into a car buying experience thinking this is going to be straightforward, stress-free, and/or fun. But I honestly lucked out in getting to work with Suvin Viswanathan. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and most importantly to me, straightforward. He got me a great price on my trade and got me into the car I needed and wanted (Pilot). I love it! And I'm very pleased with the experience. I would buy from Criswell again, especially if Suvin is there to help me. We have been taking our cars to Criswell Honda for service for many years but this was our first new car purchase at this dealership. We were excited to purchase a new minivan after not having purchas service for many years but this was our first new car purchase at this dealership. We were excited to purchase a new minivan after not having purchased a new vehicle in over ten years, but we were not looking forward to having to play the new car purchasing "games". We didn't have to deal with any of that with Suvin Viswanathan. He was not the typical car salesman. He was not pushy and worked hard to get us the best price for our Odyssey and trade-in. The entire buying experience was stress free. Suvin sent us follow-up e-mails to see how we enjoyed our new minivan and updated us on the staus of the dealer installed options that we purchased. We worked with Sean Hong in finance who was very helpful with financing and warranty options. He was so patient with our daughter who was extremely tired after having been at the dealership for several hours. We would highly recommend Suvin Viswanathan and Criswell Honda when purchasing a new car. More

We called Mark Mead and left a message on his voicemail letting him know that we wanted to schedule an appointment. He called us back right away. Working with Mark has been a wonderful experience. He is very professional, very informative and all around a great guy to deal with. Would highly recommend Mark to friends and family to purchase a vehicle. More

I purchased Odyssey in August of 2011. This guy was telling me what a great deal i was getting. Now the same model goes for $2,500 less (it is more than 8%) Is milk in the store 8% cheaper than in Augu telling me what a great deal i was getting. Now the same model goes for $2,500 less (it is more than 8%) Is milk in the store 8% cheaper than in August. NO!!!. I know they took advantage of me and they have no remorse. So before you buy - you have to know that it is not the best price. It is never the best price with this guys. I will buy my next car from different dealer. More

If I could give this dealership a negative number I would. Not everyone will have the same experience as me when buying a new car but it was bad enough for me to write a letter to the GM and owner. would. I could list a number of things that went or were wrong with this dealership but I will focus on the biggest offense. I was given a price quote online and when I went in to test drive and purchase the car, I was told they would not honor my quote. After 2 hours of wasted time and even dealing with a manager, this did not change. I had an out the door quote in writing and it apparently stood for absolutely nothing here. The sales agent even attempted to lie about the quote. I felt cheated and frustrated. Dishonesty and lack of integrity highlighted this trip to the point that I will never be back to Criswell. To top it all off I went to Criswell on the word of my buddy (who came with me), a former Criswell employee. Even he shook his head at how things had changed. One day later, I purchased my car from Heritage Honda in Westminster. The difference in treatment and the heck of a deal I got was night and day. More
