We had come to Criswell Honda to look for a new or late model CR-V a week or so prior to our last visit, when we purchased a new CR-V with Jorge Almeida's assistance. The salesperson we worked with at firs model CR-V a week or so prior to our last visit, when we purchased a new CR-V with Jorge Almeida's assistance. The salesperson we worked with at first was quite helpful at the dealership, but put us off by calling several times a day to follow up, starting the day after our visit. We had not provided our phone number to the salesperson, but took his card and noted we would work with him on our return to the dealership after doing further research. We thought this level of follow up was excessive, and bordered on harassment. We had received an email from Criswell with promotional pricing, and we were ready to make a decision, so when we arrived at the dealership we were prepared to work with a different salesperson. Jorge was very helpful but not at all pushy. He helped us decide on the car that best met our needs and moved the process along fairly quickly. Sean Hong assisted us with financing, and held our loan agreement for 2 days until we returned with a loan from the credit union with a more favorable rate. We appreciated Jorge's and Sean's professionalism and attention to detail. In addition, Jorge took the time to assist with setting up the bluetooth and system voice commands, which was much appreciated. More
