I had the best experience with Dominique and Criswell. I had all my discussions/negotiations with Dominique before coming to the dealership. He gave me the best price and also matched every other accessory had all my discussions/negotiations with Dominique before coming to the dealership. When I went there, it was past 6.00 and Dominique had already a few customers in hand. But, at no time, did I feel unattended. He was warm, friendly and answered all my questions with patience. He stuck to every little detail, which he promised over the phone, and there were no unwanted negotiations, no false schemes and no additional costs. He made the paper work very simple too. When I mentioned that I didn’t have a ride to the dealership, he was willing to pick me up. All the formalities ended at 10.00 in the night. So he also personally delivered the car to my residence. Ken called me to make agreement to meet and when I was running late he called to make sure I wasn’t lost. I felt that his actions were very personable and pleasant.
