Criswell Honda

Before visiting Criswell Honda, I had gone to five different dealers. Although there was nothing wrong with the vehicles on the lots, I chose not to purchase from those dealers because of the deplora different dealers. Although there was nothing wrong with the vehicles on the lots, I chose not to purchase from those dealers because of the deplorable "customer service" and salesmanship. To these people, I was nothing but a number. Every salesman that I've encountered before Dominique Vattuone was only concerned about making the sale and would pressure me to run a credit check before looking for vehicles to see if I was even worthy of their time. To my delight, Criswell Honda was COMPLETELY different and I can honestly say that the experience was positive from beginning to end. Dominique Vattuone was unlike any salesman I have ever met. He was professional, kind, and genuinely concerned for my well being. It was evident that he believed in the product he was selling and was truly dedicated to helping me, his customer. Being a first time car buyer, I asked a ton of questions and took over 2 days to decide which vehicle was right for me. During the process, Dominique did not grow even a tad impatient. I would apologize for my indecisiveness and instead of pressuring me, Dominique put me at ease and expressed that he understood the importance of carefully weighing out my options. In all my years as a patron, consumer, and customer, I have never been more satisfied with the level of service received than I have with Dominique Vattuone. He is truly unique and is a wonderful representation of the standards that Criswell strives for. Mr. Vattuone will undoubtedly be a key contributor to Criswell's sterling reputation for years to come. If I needed another vehicle today, I would fly down there again to buy another car without a second thought Thank you very much. Andy Russo provided us with excellent information on the features of the Honda Accord and the pricing of the car.
