Criswell Honda

This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from Criswell Honda and Dominique Vattuone. I initially called Dominique last week to get pricing for a new CRV EX-L RES for my wife. I had pricing mi Criswell Honda and Dominique Vattuone. I initially called Dominique last week to get pricing for a new CRV EX-L RES for my wife. I had pricing minutes later. I called Dominique on Saturday 8/25 to find out if he still had any CRV's with the tan leather. I told him that I was interested in one and to see if he could have things prepped by the time that I got there. My wife and I arrived just a couple of minutes before 4 pm and Dominique was ready for us. He processed most of the paperwork and while that was taking place, my wife took a test drive. Upon return, the paperwork was completed and we had to wait a short while to meet with the Finance office. While waiting, Dominique went over all of the features of the new CRV with my wife and me. Made sure that we were comfortable - provided us with beverages. From start to finish, we were out of the dealership in just under 2 hours. In short, if you are looking for a new Honda, please stop by Criswell. They treat you with respect and make you feel like your purchase is important to you as well as them. I would highly recommend working with Dominque. He is knowlegdable, friendly and a pleasure to work with. I wish other dealerships had reps that provided the professionalism and pricing integrity that was shown by Dominique. I will definitely consider Criswell again for any future Honda purchases. More

I bought a new 2012 Honda Civic LX from Criswell Honda and had a great experience throughout the entire process. I had couple of offers from two other Honda dealers and then called Criswell Honda to find and had a great experience throughout the entire process. I had couple of offers from two other Honda dealers and then called Criswell Honda to find out whether they can beat the best offer I had. I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Suvin Viswanathan (Sales Consultant), who was really professional, friendly, and courteous from the day I first called until I signed the deal. Suvin was pretty straight forward from the beginning and offered me a better price than what other two dealers offered me and assured that there will be no hidden costs or surprises. On the day I signed the deal, the initial paperwork with Suvin went smoothly and then I was introduced to Mr. Victor Azari, the Finance Manager. He explained all the added features (i.e - Extended Warranty, GAP Insurance, Lo Jack, etc) and offered very good pricing on them but I decided to decline all the add-ons. Mr. Azari was very polite and quickly processed all the paperwork. Going over all the paperwork at home, I realized that an optional finance disability insurance plan ($325), which I was not aware of, has been included. I assumed it was a mistake on their end and called Mr. Azari the next day and told him I am not interested in that plan. Without further questions he was kind enough to take off that insurance plan but I had to go back to the dealership to sign new papers. Took only 5-10 minutes to sign the new paperwork and I was done with the deal. I am pretty happy with the price I paid for the car, the service I received and would highly recommend this dealership (especially Mr. Suvin Viswanthan) to anyone. More
