I have never had such a positive experience as what I just did at Criswell. It exceeded my expecations. We had extensively researched cars and decided to buy a either a FIT or CIVIC. I got there at 6:30 pm and the salesman had both cars lined up for me - we went right into the test drives. We chose the Civic, and they found exactly the model and color we were looking for. The pricing was transparent and I actually paid slightly less than I expected. While I was waiting for the paperwork, I had freshly brewed coffee and admired the immaculate facility. I signed the paperwork and got my final walk-through and plates, driving off the lot slightly after 9:30pm Really?... Did I just walk in and out of a car dealer, trade in my old car and get exactly the car I wanted, at the price I wanted, in 3 hours? That has NEVER happened. The place was busy with other buyers at the end of the month but everyone was attentive, polite and professional without ever being invasive. More

As I received quotes from other dealers and needed confirmation of some details (tax issues, color, etc.), Andy provided prompt, clear and useful information. Many dealers would provide incomplete price information, and could not be convinced to give a bottom-line price. I did not give those dealers serious consideration. I'm glad to do business with Criswell Honda, and with Andy Russo in particular. Although they are not the closest to my house, I would be glad to go there again, and will certainly recommend them to friends. More
