Mr. Nassabeh communicated with us through email prior to our visit, reviewing our options and providing us with very fair and aggressive pricing for our desired make/model. He was courteous in making an appointment for us to meet with him at the dealership and was prepared when we arrived. He did not waste our time or his, and had the car ready to be reviewed/test-driven. Mr. Nassabeh was informative and provided appropriate suggestions for consideration. He was not pushy in an offensive manner, but rather very personable and appeared to have our interests in mind in all that he did. We felt he assisted in stream-lining the process from start to finish and we appreciate his professionalism and respectful handling. In addition to Mr. Nassabeh's great customer service, we have been twice-pleased now with the overall Criswell experience. We are USAA members and appreciate how Criswell Honda works with USAA to provide such competitive, no haggle pricing. It is a relief to come to a car dealership and not feel as though you have to be on the defensive. At Criswell, we felt very comfortable through out the entire process. Lastly, we came with a finance offer from USAA and were very pleased to find that Honda's current offer of 1.9% interest on a new car loan actually beat USAA's offer. We anticipate maintaining a relationship with Criswell as our teenage children begin to drive. More

My overall experience with this dealership was very positive.The salesguys are v friendly,but don't pester you & trouble you or take you on a 'ride' like some guys at Toyota 355 do.We got so tired of the Darcars that we gave up on Toyota!At this dealership you won't have to haggle the price very much as they give you a prety decent quote to start with. However, I don't like the way your company deceive customer by telling them the sale price is $17,500 but I have to add $6,000 more to purchas us! To me. the sale price should include whatever a customer should pay for getting the car, not the way of your selling strategy. I will tell all my friends and colleagues to ask for "real" price not sell price if they want buy a car from you. This is my recommendation to all. Being honest is the best way doing business. More

I purchased my 2010 Honda Accord at Criswell. Due to a positive experience with the salesperson (Dominique), I decided to get my car serviced there as well. Things went downhill after my second visit. A c positive experience with the salesperson (Dominique), I decided to get my car serviced there as well. Things went downhill after my second visit. A couple days after an oil change there, my brakes began screeching, and I found out that they needed to be replaced (I could even see that they were worn down to the metal). I called Criswell and asked them how my brakes could have been in that shape and nobody bothered to tell me (Criswell performs a multi-point inspection with oil changes, as stated in their invoice, ads, website, etc.). At this point I questioned if they even performed their "multi-point inspection" test (let's not even get into alternative theories about why my brakes were suddenly worn down so far). I spoke to numerous people but got the run-around from customer service, the service advisor, all the way up to the service manager. They all claimed an inspection had been performed, but nobody had any documentation to prove it, giving me excuses left and right. Basically, nobody wanted to take responsibility for anything. Going by the books, what they committed was fraud, since my invoice clearly states that they inspected my car. But more importantly, the people are dishonest and unethical, which can lead to safety issues. This is the last place I would trust my car with. I will not be returning and hope that this experience can help any others who are considering this dealership. More

This experience has renewed my faith in Honda dealers and in particular, Creswell. We will be back! More
