I was not planning on buying a new car but did not have a choice after the transmission on my old car died. Esteban and Suvin were both very friendly and helpful. Suvin was very knowledgeable and answered my choice after the transmission on my old car died. Esteban and Suvin were both very friendly and helpful. Suvin was very knowledgeable and answered my questions with direct answers. He gave me real numbers to think about when making a decison so I knew up front what I was getting into. He worked with me on the price and matched the rate my credit union was offering. Overall it was a very good experience especially considering that I wasn't looking to buy a new car. I was planning on shopping around but got such a good deal that I didn't bother looking anywhere else. More
I had a great experience purchasing my new 2012 Accord last weekend at Criswell Honda. Kwame Odum spent a lot of time with me, showing me 3 different cars (two Accords and one Civic) for comparison. He last weekend at Criswell Honda. Kwame Odum spent a lot of time with me, showing me 3 different cars (two Accords and one Civic) for comparison. He was straightforward and honest, and never tried to sell me options or trim levels that I did not want, but made sure to listen to my preferences. He encouraged me to make the purchase without being pushy or pressuring me to decide, which was much appreciated. After the purchase he stayed in touch to make sure I didn't have any further questions. I was a pretty easy sell because I knew most of what I wanted, but Kwame and Criswell made it a smooth transaction! Thanks also to Kristina McLain for helping me complete some of the paperwork. More

Suvin was very helpful and made sure to take time to explain every step of the process to us. He even hooked our phones to the hands-free link in our van before we drove it off the lot. After doing a horrid job, they tried to buy my review with a free oil change: I brought my 2011 Honda Civic to Criswell for an oil change. There are two other dealerships closer to me, but I had a good with a free oil change: I brought my 2011 Honda Civic to Criswell for an oil change. There are two other dealerships closer to me, but I had a good car buying experience at Criswell and wanted to bring them my business. One of the things Criswell Honda says they do during an oil change is a check and fill of all fluids, which is great because for the most part I have no idea what the fluids should look like or how full they should be. But I do know one fluid, the widow wiper fluid, which was near empty when I got the car back. This made me think that possibly none of the fluids had been check, I mean come on if you miss this bright blue one, you surely didn't do the others. I tried calling to get a verification that the work was done (I was going on a cross country trip and didn't want to be stranded along an interstate), but got the typical run around, so knowing that I was going to bring my other Civic in for service a few days later, I let it go until then. I brought my 2008 Honda Civic in for an oil change, trans fluid change and brake fluid change, and the service manager said I could have the 2011 looked at too. I didn't have time to leave both cars at the time and declined the re-inspect of the 2011 until later that day. I get a call from Criswell telling me a bunch of other fluids needed to be changed, having researched fluids after the issue with the 2011, I declined, they were persistent about the power steering fluid so I relented. I picked up the car an hour later and the car shifted so smooth with the new trans fluid, and Criswell had even fixed my locked out radio, but they told me I should get my tires rotated before I went on my trip and otherwise gave my car a clean bill of health. I went to my tire shop the next day to get my free rotation, and when the mechanic told me that my power steering fluid needed to be changed I flipped out thinking he was trying to scam me as it was less than 18 hours old. He looked seriously hurt and scrambled to show me that the power steering fluid is supposed to be amber and mine was black. I was livid, in this guys opinion Criswell hadn't done a job they charged me nearly $200 for. It got worse, turns out the brakes that Criswell checked off as in the green with a lot of life left on them were completely fried, 2mm left on the pads (that's very little pad left for all you other car- illiterate people out there). I took the car back to Criswell, where they take a sample of the Power Steering Fluid, agree that it looks old and fix the problem, when the car gets out of service, Dewell comes up to me and tells me that he can't comment on if the work was done or not the first time as he didn't see the car before it was worked on again, and told me that he was taking care of my by not charging me for the second flush. I told him that it wasn't done the first time so he is kind of screwing me as I am wasting my time, and they missed my brakes. He deflected and offered me two free oil changes if I agreed to give him and Criswell a positive review. I told him to keep his oil changes. So there you have it folks, buying off reviews for an oil change or two. More
My husband and I have been shopping for a new vehicle for the past month. We knew what we wanted but didn't like the customer service of the Honda dealership in our area. We saw the customer ratings of Crisw the past month. We knew what we wanted but didn't like the customer service of the Honda dealership in our area. We saw the customer ratings of Criswell Honda on Edmunds.com and thought we'd make the drive and check out the place, their inventory and whichever salesperson came to help us out, and we weren't disappointed. Victor Castro didn't disappoint at all. We were treated so well that we bought the car after only 15 minutes of talking. We were out of the dealership in less than 2 hours. Victor didn't waste our time and we didn't waste his. He didn't try to sell us a bunch of hogwash but was very straight forward and sincere. He knew his product and made his explanations very simple. And the follow up after the sale is awesome. We're glad Victor appreciates our business. We are thankful there are still people out there, like Victor, who takes pride in what they do and do it well. Would I come back to Criswell? Of course! Would I recommend Victor? DEFINITELY!!! I am looking forward to taking my new vehicle to Criswell for service. Victor you are a rare breed of salesman and I hope there's more out there like you. Thank you for meeting our needs. God bless you Victor. More
I came to look at 2012 Accords, really not expecting to make a purchase on the spot. My husband had communicated with Suvin on a couple of occasions and found him responsive without being overbearing. Fr make a purchase on the spot. My husband had communicated with Suvin on a couple of occasions and found him responsive without being overbearing. From the time we started the process, Suvin used his experience to ask the right questions to ascertain my minimum requirements as well as the features I'd like to have on my vehicle and he was able to provide me with everything at a price I could afford! He was sensitive to our family dynamics, asked appropriate questions about the kind of travel I do as well as what price range we needed. Suvin was genuinely friendly without being cloying and we appreciated his demeanor and knowledge tremendously. The only negative aspect of the experience was the amount of time it took to complete the transaction. I've bought at least 10 vehicles over the years and I am very familiar with the process. There was little to no price negotiation involved in the sale because it was an internet transaction for cash. In spite of this, the process took three (3) hours. I do not think the onus of the inordinate delay was on Suvin; rather it seems to be a function of the sales process. More
