Suvin's low-key, friendly approach was invaluable in helping us reach our decision. Moreover, he worked very closely with us over several days to explore and identify the best financing options. It was a refreshing change from the high-pressure sales techniques used by many dealers. Our overall experience with Criswell was superb in almost every aspect. The only exception to this concerned the actual purchase process, which was hampered by recently adopted software for filling out and printing all of the paperwork required for the purchase. Copies had to be printed and reprinted and information that needed to be changed on the forms could not be done easily. This slowed down the process considerably, much to the frustration of ourselves and the hard-working financial officer. To me, it seemed that a decision to utilize a system with more bells and whistles may have had the opposite intended effect in that it is more labor intensive to work with than the system it replaced. More

Apparently, Criswell is one of the Financial Federal Credit Union's car buying service; therefore, we did not have to go directly to the dealership.
