Althought I did not close the deal with Criswell but the overall experience with this dealer is very pleasant. I big shoutout to the internet sale manager Andry Russo. I requested the quote and got a prompt and very professional response within a few hours. The quote Andy provided was itemized and clear (no hidden cost etc). He did really work very hard and honest to try to earn my business and I really appreciate that as a comsumer. Also Criswell has the lowest processing fee when compare to 5 others dealers who quoted me. I also have to say this dealer has the lowest price quote compare to many others that quoted me accept one. Andy did the best to try to match the lowest quote I was offer but Criswell couldn't match it. The reason the dealer in VA offer me the lowest price was because they were short two cars to make the 3rd quarter quota so I have to go with the lowest offer. Andy thank you again and hopefully we may do business sometime in the near future! More
