I recently brought my vehicle for service. There were a couple of concerns that needed to be addressed. I was very lucky to have been referred to Buddy. Buddy politely and patiently inquired the reason for my visit, listened to my concerns and informed me how long a wait I should expect. When my vehicle was ready, he explained how my concerns had been addressed to Honda specifications and to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Buddy as an over-all great service consultant. I will certainly go back to him going forth. He made me feel welcome, he was eager to address my concerns and put my mind at ease. That kind of service is very important in order to build a customer / trusted-dealership, service-consultant relationship. I will be more than happy to refer my friends to Buddy. ------------------------------ I had originally called to schedule my appointment with a female service consultant. When I spoke with her, either she was having a bad day or was in a rush; she was full of attitude and could not wait to get me off the phone. I cancelled the appointment with her. I was disappointed as she had been highly recommended to me. As a long-term, loyal customer, I have a choice as to which dealership to use. The least I can expect is to be treated well. After all, if there are no customers / returning customers who use the dealership, there are no jobs to be had. However, thankfully that incident certainly worked to my advantage. More

I went to see Dominique to purchase my new car and a good friend had highly recommended him after purchasing her vehicle. I emailed the dealership on a Monday afternoon about coming in for a test drive. I was called by Yanet Lopez within minutes and scheduled an appointment for that same evening. I went into the dealership that night having done lots of research and expecting to go to war on price, but was pleasantly surprised by how easy the process was. My entire experience–the test drive, negotiating a price for both a new 2013 Civic and my trade in–was stress free and pleasant. Yanet especially was great to work with. I had gotten an appraisal at Carmax for my trade-in, but Chriswell was able to beat that. Furthermore, I came into the process with outside financing secured, but Victor was able to beat the interest rate I was getting by a wide margin. I was even able to negotiate a good price for a basic 7-year extended power train and wheel warranty. Overall, I would highly recommend Chriswell Honda to my friends and family. More
