Buddy politely and patiently inquired the reason for my visit, listened to my concerns and informed me how long a wait I should expect. When my vehicle was ready, he explained how my concerns had been addressed to Honda specifications and to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Buddy as an over-all great service consultant. I will certainly go back to him going forth. He made me feel welcome, he was eager to address my concerns and put my mind at ease. That kind of service is very important in order to build a customer / trusted-dealership, service-consultant relationship. When I spoke with her, either she was having a bad day or was in a rush; she was full of attitude and could not wait to get me off the phone. I cancelled the appointment with her. I was disappointed as she had been highly recommended to me. As a long-term, loyal customer, I have a choice as to which dealership to use. The least I can expect is to be treated well. After all, if there are no customers / returning customers who use the dealership, there are no jobs to be had. However, thankfully that incident certainly worked to my advantage. More
