This is the first time I was buying a new car. I intended to buy certified used, but the prices for the new were unbeatable. Suvin was welcoming, did not make my mother and I feel rushed. I probably spent 3-4 hours there that day, but it was well worth it for the quality vehicle and the price. We even had free pizza for lunch. I definitely recommend Suvin for first time buyers. Ken is very customer oriented. We called looking for a car they had advertised and even though it was already sold, he located another vehicle which we ended up purchasing. My wife and I (long time USAA member) used USAA Car Buying Service and were provided with three Honda dealerships, two in Maryland and one in Virginia. Despite an hour's drive from our house, we chose to meet Andy for introduction to the 2013 Honda EX-L with Naviagation and a test drive followed by visit to new car lot to compare three potential colors. During this entire time, Andy's candor and friendly personality was a major factor in our decision to purchase the Honda from Criswell. The above rating for Overall Experience would have probably been a 5 if we would have delayed finalizing the sale today rather than last Saturday,January 19th. On Saturday, at 1:45pm,my wife arrived at National Airport from Syracuse, NY following an intense six days of training Hamilton College students. We arrived at Criswell about 2:30pm and it took about 2 1/2 hours to finalize the sale. The combination of numerous customers and our exhausted condition caused us some frustration. Andy did his best to lessen this frustration but we were just too exhausted. We will definitely recommend Criswell to our friends and relatives. More

I had a great experience at Criswell Honda. I came in skeptical due to an experience in my past, but Rohit was a wonderful and helpful person to work with! I am in sales myself, and I didn't feel the high pressure or phoniness that I feel is associated with "used car salesman". This gentleman is NOT a "used car salesman" but rather an Auto Sales PROFESSIONAL. I called the day before I met with him to inquire about a particular vehicle, and told Ken I would be there in the afternoon to come take a look. I actually showed up in the morning. When I pulled up the particular car I was waiting for was already sitting right in front of the building as well as a couple other models he felt I may be interested in. This man went to the trouble to go pull all of these cars around to the lot and really did a thorough search of his inventory to find me the best car for my needs. I am extremely happy with my purchase and my car is definitely a winner. I would recommend Ken if you want to be treated with respect and consideration when purchasing a vehicle.
