I had put in a request for a price on a trade in. Andy called within the hour and we talked about what the best options for the car I had asked for the price for a trade in. Since it was not driveable and I could probably recieve a better reward for donation I chose to donate the car. Andy sent me an e-mail with his contact information and the next day I sent Andy a text that I would like to come in for a test drive. Andy was not there that day but Andy returned my text and let me know he was sorry not to be there but that it was still okay to do the test drive and someone else would assist us with that. When we arrived at the dealership Yanet Lopez greeted us and took us for a test drive and answered our questions and checked inventory. When we came back the next evening to pick up the car Andy met us and gave us an extraudinary tutorial of the car. He taught my daughter to use the voice commands so that she would not have to take her hands off the wheel and showed us all the safety features. Exceptional tutorial on Andy's part. We closed tke deal and where able to drive the car away that evening it was great service. Andy and explained the protective coating and other optional dealer installed extras and the warranty the finance person I forget the name but he also did a great job explaining the Gap Insurance and the available extended warranty. Ali was absolutely wonderful. He was extremely courteous, honest, and knowledgeable. They did not have the vehicle we wanted in stock, so they had to search for inventory. When it was time to complete the sale, Ali took the time to make sure my wife understood all of the controls and such on the new car and the dealership layout. The only glitch was with the finance guy, which is why I dropped the rating to a 4. We had an appointment, and yet it took over an hour cooling our heels before we got in to see the finance manager to actually compete the sales. More

I was referred to Dominique Vattuone by my Mother, who was very satisfied with her experience. After meeting Dominique I can see why. He is very upbeat, never pushy and is easy to talk with. He wants to make sure that you receive the car that you really want. Although I thought I knew what type of car I was looking for, I wasn’t quite sure, so he made sure that I looked at a few different options. What I also liked is that when it came down to business, there was no back and forth with pricing. . . he gave us a very good price right off the bat. We also had a trade in and he did everything he could to get us the most money back for the deal. He even went outside himself (it was freezing) to touch up a scratch on the side door. I ended up getting more money than I owed which I was not expecting!! I would highly recommend working with Dominique to purchase a new vehicle. . . he will get you the car you want! More
I am very satisfied with how I was treated by everyone at the dealorship. I just wish the process didn't take so long. Five hours to buy a car seems a little ridiculous to me. I found the perfect minivan for my wife on autotrader.com. A 2010 Honda Odyssey with relatively low mileage. The vehicle was being sold by Mark Mead at Criswell Honda. I contacted Mark by phon autotrader.com. A 2010 Honda Odyssey with relatively low mileage. The vehicle was being sold by Mark Mead at Criswell Honda. I contacted Mark by phone and arranged a time to come see the vehicle. Mark was extremely friendly and rode with me while I test drove the minivan. My wife had to stay home with our young child, but I wanted her to see the minivan too. Our house was only 10--15 minutes away from the dealership, and Mark rode with me in the minivan to my home so that I could go inside and look after our son while she went for a test drive in the minivan. Mark and I then went back to the dealership to complete the sale and paperwork. My wife needed to sign some of the papers, and Mark was willing to follow me back to my house and give my wife a ride back to the dealership so that she could complete her portion of the paperwork and bring our new minivan home. Mark went out of his way to help us and gave us a great deal on the minivan. The rest of the staff at Criswell Honda were very friendly and helpful too. I highly recommend Mark and Criswell Honda to anyone! More
I sent the below email to the service Manager of this dealership in January, 2013: Mr. Heskett, I went online to make an appointment for my first oil change for my new Honda Pilot today. I was a l dealership in January, 2013: Mr. Heskett, I went online to make an appointment for my first oil change for my new Honda Pilot today. I was a little surprised when I was able to make one for noon today. I was pleased when I was called in about an hour to confirm my appointment time. During that call I was assured it should take 30 to maybe 45 minutes to get an oil change. Honestly, this seems a little long but I was not too concerned about it. However, when I got there at 11:55, five minutes before my appointment time, I was told it would take "about an hour, considering the line". This was less than reassuring and I could easily imagine being there for well over an hour. I was, quite understandably, confused by this so I asked what was the point of making an appointment? I was told that it was simply to let you know that I was coming? Is this correct? Is it your policy to take appointments from customers for your own convenience and not the convenience of your customers? I'm in the habit of making appointments so as to limit my wait times. This is actually a big part of why most (non-medical) businesses take appointments. Please help me to understand. Is this your typical practice? Is it Honda? Criswell? I never received a response. So, I posted it here. Within a day or two, I was contacted by a Ms. Folsom. She explained that it is not the case that they take appointments for their own convenience and that, in fact, they had received several similar complaints. Over the course of several emails, she explained that "...there is a meeting scheduled for tomorrow morning to discuss this very issue...", and "... I will be back to you after our meeting here at the dealership tomorrow." I waited three weeks after that last email for her to contact me, and even followed up with yet one more email to Ms. Folsom. I followed up with her again three weeks after that. I have never heard back from them since. So, they promptly responded to my poor review here but, in the end, did nothing but ignore my concerns, and failed to do other than offer lip service. And, didn't even follow up when both promised and prompted. More
