I was very pleased with the service my partner and I received at Criswell Honda during the recent purchase of our new cars. The first time we stopped in just to look at a few cars and Amine showed us a received at Criswell Honda during the recent purchase of our new cars. The first time we stopped in just to look at a few cars and Amine showed us a couple of different cars and gave us some brochures to look over. We decided to go back a few days later and since Amine was busy, Suvin helped us out. When we got to the dealership, we were greeted right away and after looking at a few different cars, decided to test drive both a CR-V (my partner's choice) and the Accord (my choice). Suvin was really friendly and gave us some good advice on some of the other cars we were looking at (Civic and Civic hybrid) which we ultimately decided against, primarily just because of the size of the car. After test driving the CR-V and Accord we figured we'd see what kind of deal we could get if we bought both vehicles that day so we went inside. The number crunching phase almost always takes a long time and we were no exception. Of course, we don't have particularly good credit anyway, so I can't fault them there. Additionally, a lot of the back and forth was just trying to get a good enough deal on the Accord so that I could keep my payments within my budget, which they were able to do. Considering I was getting an Accord sport, I was pleasantly surprised! After the purchase contracts were signed, (11PM by the time we were done signing for both cars!) Suvin and Amine helped us clear out our personal belongings from our trade-ins and then familiarized us with some of the newer features on both of our new vehicles. We also got our phones connected to the on-board bluetooth before we left. I really appreciated their willingness to stay late, even though the dealer had officially closed a couple hours earlier. I would definitely recommend Criswell Honda to anyone looking to buy a new car. They took really good care of us from start to finish and were able to get us the cars we wanted within our budget. I was looking to buy new Honda, for five months before a friend, told be about Suvin Viswanathan great customer service. And as promised, I received great customer service from Suvin. From the moment that I walked into the dealership, until days after I drove away with my new car. He was honest with me at all time (surprised me coming from a car sale man). When I came to that dealership, I had already been to three other Honda dealerships, where the sale people were not being honest or trying to work with me. I didn't understand how to buy a new car or know the different between a new car loan or a lease. He sit down with me and took his time explaining the different between the two. I ended up leasing my new car at the rate that I could afford. Though buying a car is very stressful, the dealership itself is a no pressure environment, it clean and friendly. The financing department could use a little work, they didn't understand how much taxes to change me because I live in DC. Even though DC is right next door? So if the dealership work on there finance department, they would have a winning team and could get the customers out faster. I plan on buying my next Honda from Criswell Honda, Great Jo! More
