I look forward with anitcipation to buying a new car and no longer stress out over negotiations, high pressure and/or possible deception. I believe that Criswell treats its customers with respect and honesty and that same treatment is manifested via Victor Castro. I have also had some limited experience with Gary Graves in the service department and have found that Gary is generally cut from the same cloth as Victor and the rest of the Criswell family.
