We needed to purchase a car in one day and were very stressed about accomplishing our goal. Our first stop was Criswell Honda. We arrived around 4:30 pm and left the dealership at 9:30 pm. The dealership hours were until 6pm. Rohit stayed for our entire car buying experience. He even took the time at 9:30 pm to show me some technical things on the car, pop the hood and explain things and make sure that we were completely comfortable with the car. Personally, I have never had to buy a vehicle before and was terrified. However, thanks to Rohit (and my great family), the experience was a pleasure.
