I was recently shopping for a car to replace my 11 year old Subaru, that had been totaled in an accident. After researching new cars on the internet, I decided to shop for a Honda Accord. My insurance company, USAA, recommended 3 nearby dealerships. Criswell Honda was the furthest away (30+ miles), but one of their Sales Consultants, Suvin, was the first person to contact me. We set up an appointment for the next day for a test drive. As soon as I pulled up to the showroom, Suvin was there to greet me. I was immediately impressed with his friendly, unassuming demeanor. While we discussed the features I desired in a new car, he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I never felt pressured by Suvin to make a quick decision. After choosing to buy an Accord, he did his best to accommodate all my requests. He then introduced me to Sean, the Finance Specialist, who was extremely patient with my indecisiveness as we finalized the purchase. I don't know who was more relieved when that process was finished! As soon as I was ready, Suvin presented me with my beautiful new Honda Accord. He attached the license tags and then proceeded to program my radio, set up my cell phone with the Bluetooth feature, and showed me how to work the lights, wipers, etc, so that I could safely drive home. Everyone at Criswell Honda was very friendly and helpful. I especially commend Suvin on his professionalism and will certainly recommend him to my family and friends when there are ready to purchase a new car! More

Suvin was fantastic! I walked into the dealership as they were closing one evening and Suvin stayed late to discuss the car I was looking for and also let me test drive.
