He was personable, thoughtful, and took the time to explain things to my daughter to ensure she understood everything—something that wasn’t done at the other dealership. She wasn’t pressured at all, and Hamza made the entire process so much more comfortable. Unlike the other dealership that left her alone for 30 minutes to look at computers by herself, Hamza stayed with her every step of the way, even helping her navigate getting out of her previous deal. We were happy with the car choice, and Hamza made the experience truly exceptional. He was not only attentive and kind, but his sense of humor made buying a car fun.
