I was really lucky having Arbi help me out on the whole experience. Arbi was really understanding, and made me feel comfortable with the entire purchase. He understood my budget, being aware that I just graduated with my bachelor degree. Arbi, wasn't the typically pushy car guy that you often see in the movies but a family guy who understood and respected my situation. He made sure to explain everything before signing anything and made me feel comfortable that i did not feel dumb for asking basic questions about financing, service and warranties. I am so glad that the entire process was super smooth without experiencing any intimidation compared to what my Dad told me about. I was able to stay within my budget, and Arbi even gave me additional tips about maintaining it while I'm at graduate school.
